They should really just bite the bullet and rebrand this turd "event" as The Game Reveals. That's the only reason they run it - advertising and marketing, which are already strangling gaming in general. The "awards", for the most part, no longer make any sense from the viewpoints of actual gamers.
Without the marketing and the advertisements, you would have no clue about any of the upcoming games that’s why they do it to increase height to get pre-sales that way they can pad their golfers you know this

The entire gaming industry has shifted over the past 20 years to the point where the entire game design process is focused around a marketing angle: unfinished releases, season passes, FOMO and envy-based game mechanic algorithms, MTX, loot boxes, cosmetics, repetitive mechanics that artificially inflate time-in-game statistics, blah, blah, blah. We no longer have AAA games for gaming's sake. AAA games are now explicitly focused on one thing: maximizing revenue using marketing gimmicks.
That Alkahest ''gameplay'' looks like some of the most pre rendered scripted stuff I've EVER seen. In no way do I believe the game will actually play like this upon release. If it does, it's GOTY. Easily!
One of the better videos with voice over attached without that it's just a video on the screen to fast forward through. I eager to see some gears of war but feel like it's gonna feature retro lancers which had recoil which was little annoying. Also watch dogs film is completed I think it's going to be rubbish it's a cast of unknown people and a director not known as well from his films in imdb. It said the film took few months to film in July 2024 after it was rumoured a film was in works 10 years ago lol.
Ark 2 will not be coming anytime soon I fear… as a long time Ark player they are known for delays and are still updating and releasing content for Ark ascended. But I hope we’d get a trailer that would be nice.
and once again, you will buy a soundtrack for XX money and get a free game called defect :D I am do looking forward to the soundtrack, you won't believe it. Reminds me of old scool Prodigy
