@@HawkesyFishing you entered via a lock, i dont remember that being there, when i first moved to that area i used to travel up and down wells rd to work in mordi, patto was just bog holes everywhere, the when i came back after a few years away they had finished the first stages an building houses, i used to ride my motorbike along the west side of the river, it looks an awesome place to fish now, back then you would be lucky to catch a toady lol chears, peatop 😉
@@petereaton6740 oh wow, definitely very different now. I was just talking about some new structures around the boat ramp. The canal system they have there now is incredible, similar to what you see up on the gold coast
Nice fish there mate. Winter blue noses are a great target.
Thanks mate, they certainly are
Andrew this is where I fish all the time! That 40cm+ bream will be MINE!!!
@@SinghFishing It will indeed! They are out there, just put in a little time and fish the tides and you will get one.
There's definitely a few in there, just takes a bit of time to work them out
Nice one out in open water 👌
There hasn't been as many out in the open this year
@@HawkesyFishing mine was off structure as you expect but I've had little experience winter breaming so can't comment there.
Once you've got the sounder set up you'll start to see them when they're schooled up in the middle
@@HawkesyFishing Yeah man that will be mint 👍
Nice bream mate, 1 beats a 🍩 every day 👌🏼👌🏼
Thought this was gonna be the trip to end the streak of fish catching trips but it continues
Nice chunky fish!
Thanks mate, they're usually pretty fat this time of year
Hawkesy Fishing I need to get out there I’ve only ever caught tiny bream 😂
