Thanks for posting, fun to see! Note the Pauly Shore movie "In the Army now" used a very early, pre-release version of the game that looks a little different. There are two slightly different versions of the game, one for the US market and the rest of the world. The US version has a US Army recruitment ad on the pause screen. We were always curious if anyone actually joined as a result. This was built for the 3DO first, other version like PS1/Windows were ports. Also, the laughing skull voice is from RJ Mical, one of the designers of the Amiga and 3DO systems.
This game was incredible and at level of intuitive fun devs still struggle to achieve! Too many game channels smack-talk 3D0 and overlook this masterpiece.

I played this on a PC a lot with my brothers, and hearing the William Tell Overture as the jeep frantically rushes back with the flag to its base brings back _so_ many good memories!
This game,Twisted and way of the warrior were the three 3do games I played the most. I loved this game but it really needed more features like a story mode or something cause while it was alot of fun and the music was amazing there wasn't much to this game.
Mcfly3077 The clip was original almost three times as long, but in the missions before this one, I kept driving the jeep into the water. Every few minutes, the den was filled with "Yes! Ye--No! No! Nononono! Stop! Shit!" That 3DO controller was working for the enemy.
I just love the music arrangement so much. The quality of the audio is probably the best in the video game genre, It's not the best music, just the best arrangement. The controls are a hinderance for sure, but you can get used to it. Are you sure you don't want me to get the long boxes for them? I can get both for $20

I'm going to probably finish it out with a PSX controller once I get that adapter in. I played Street Fighter after Return Fire, and my thumb was killing me. I actually tore it away from the nail a bit trying to do dragon punches.
Yes I can get both for $9.99 a piece that's Return Fire and the Map Pack. There's actually quite a few common games in the box that I can snag from this store.

I was 13. Truly epic game. The best in it's day. Incredible music. 3D nature was ahead of it's time. Amazing fun playing the battle mode with my Bro

These graphics are amazing for a console that was released in 1993.
I would just play with that dinging and clanking sound for minutes on end and play it until the fan over heated. This is an amazing classic!
