Man... the story about his father.😢 Utmost Respect to Jordan for proving his Father right that Jordan would be an NFL QB one day. And could be playing Playoff Ball next month. Excellent vid, Lauren. 👏👏👏
Thank you Shawn!!!
His rookie WR Jayden Reed lost his dad at 17 to disease and rookie TE Tucker Kraft lost his dad to a plane crash when he was 15.
And you just know they had that story on repeat during draft night 😔
As someone who has experienced loss. I can say with confidence when you have something like that happen, everything else seems to come easy. This definitely explains some of his poise.
sorry for your loss Jordan
Jordan was given a terrible hand and made gold out of it. From losing his father, to being ripped apart by the media, to being labeled as a straight up bust! He never gave in and never gave up that’s the definition of “Tough”
He is super humble which is completely opposite of Favre and Rodgers.
Let’s go baby!! That’s my QB
Ngl as a younger packer fan who only had Rodgers as a QB, when I saw Jordan Love get drafted I instantly thought "it's my turn watching a hall of fame QB grow".
Same here, gonna get his jersey
I learned more about Jordan love from this video than from many other media/creator's out there. Job well done. As a Wisconsin native and life long packer fan. I believe we did it again!!
I sure hope so. The Packers own the Bears and we need to keep that ownership active.

J❤
I appreciate that! Thank you so much Dan! Really means a lot!
@@ExploreWithIsaac great video, but Bears will take ownership back in 4 weeks. Love is a bust.
“All You Need Is Love”
Love’in it
@@SheGotSports happy holidays Lauren
Good one
We PACK with LOVE❤ Go Pack Goooooo
The Saints will be AINTS and SQUASHED ANT BUGS by time my Giants are through with them 😂Go Giants from Jerusalem Israel. 9 and 8. Lets dominate Tommy the Torpedo and sweep the Saints Rams and the Philly Eagles twice. Lets MAKE the FUDGING PLAYOFFS
Damn I'm a Packers fan and didn't even know that about Jordan Love's Dad. That's so sad. I know the feeling, I lost my mom when I was the same age as Jordan was when he lost his dad. I love that Jordan followed through with football and where he is now. His Dad would be so happy to see how far he's come. This was amazing Lauren!
Me either
I’m going to support this young man, he’s a Packer now and that makes him family. Go Pack Go!
That Eagle's game was what sold me on JLove. It was in that moment that I went all in!
This story is why I love Love even more. I already knew about his pops. Many would quit forever after that. He's the next MVP QB of the league. Can't blame the Packers organization for picking him. I hated the choice at first, kept the faith, and now he's doing exactly what I hoped. Go Pack!!!!
His back story is tragic. I knew this when the Packers drafted him. As LE myself, I bought his jersey day 1. Love the guy, no pun intended.
Thank you for your service, brother. Stay safe out there.
This isn't a "tragic" story. Any man who grows to 6'4" 225lbs is naturally blessed and capable of becoming a pro quarterback. Jordan has lived a charmed life.
@@tomcollins5112 You're a sad little man
@@tomcollins5112So his father killing himself when Jordan was a teenager isn’t tragic? I want what you’re smoking
@@tomcollins5112This idiot didnt even try watching the video😂😂
You are a gifted and talented Quarterback Jordan! I grew up in Packerland not far from Title Town. I have loved the Green Bay Packers my entire life. You were amazing in Arlington,Texas against the Cowboys. I'm sorry to hear about your father. No one especially a young boy at 14 should ever lose their father so young! My own father lost his father when he was 7. Your father is looking down on you Jordan and when you need him he will be there to pick you up and put you down as light as a feather. I don't know you, but I am a very good judge of character. You have the character of a young man of kindness, integrity, humility and a special sweetness about you. I wish you all the best Jordan Love. Please bring the Lombardi Trophy back to Title Town! May God Bless you and keep you in his and your father's light.
A True Packer Backer,
Patricia
Patricia
It was the Chiefs and Lions game that let me know he had truly come online at that moment. I've been a Love believer the whole time, but his command at the line of scrimmage preplay and reactions post snap just pass the eye test and became consistent. The game has slowed down for him and now he can just ball out.
wish his father could see him now
I'm sure he does
I believe this season is like the 2010 season when a young Aaron Rodgers led the Wildcard Packers to three road wins against the Eagles, Falcons, and Bears, then beat the Steelers in the inaugural Super Bowl held at Jerry Jones "George Foreman Grille" look-alike stadium. Jordan Love and this young & talented Packer's squad is about to flip the NFL's playoff table over and kick the Super Bowl door in! God Bless.
I wouldn’t say we’re there just yet, but you can see something there with this team. Like you know there’s a few things to correct and tighten up on both sides of the ball but man it’s fun to watch this team grow together so fast. Also, I really wish they’d stop comparing Love to Rodgers. I mean there’s maybe 5 QBs in history you can compare to Rodgers people need to realize Love isn’t Rodgers, he’s Jordan Love and I like that
GB isn't there yet. Maybe 2009 but definitely not 2010.
@@markanthony1004then again, a lot of people wouldn’t have said we were “there yet” when we finished 10-7 all those years ago. I agree with u but hey, u never know what happens. We catch a break here and there and all of a sudden we’re under the bright lights
wow, you must be smoking something there lol
Well done! Jordan Love is loved in GB. The team believes in him, & they are growing together. It's been painful at times, but fun to watch!
lol now he is. Most of Green Bay was giving him hate for the longest time without even seeing him play as a starter. Glad to see him prove his “fans” wrong
@@supersaiyangroku4856 hell, i heard half our fan base cursing him earlier this season. ive always said give him time, the talent was always there. he made some bad reads and forced some throws, i wouldnt be surprised if the same happens in the playoffs, but thats typical in the first season of a starting qb and is all fixable with film
Never knew that about his pops... Infinitely more respect i got for him, he's gonna make his dad proud🤞😤
As a die hard packer fan i cant appreciate this video enough. GREAT WORK
the story of his father is so underreported, its really cool you shared this story. awesome video as always
Born and raised in Green Bay. My father also took his life when I was 10. Being 25 and still confused by the situation, it’s awesome to have someone to look up to.
Respect for him. I’m glad he seems to be getting better and better in the NFL. That time he sat and learned and asked questions and the fact that Rodgers was happy to teach him all seems to be paying off. He still needs time but I’ll take what he’s giving us in his first full season in the NFL
I'm actually surprised how little I knew of his back story. And I'm a Packers fan. Great video!
I love Jordan Love so much. He is a genuine person and I am so proud to have him as the quarterback for my favorite team 💚💛🧀🧀🫶🫶🏈🏈
GO PACK GO
Sounds Like A Wonderful "Love" Story To Me
U gonna cry? 😂
@@UCONN_HUSKIESwhat?
Great vid, had no idea about his dad. Fun fact Jordan Love has the biggest hands out of all starting QBs this season at 10.5”
Cool. Would be soo awesome to prevail over cowgirls ...
I can’t help thinking Love and Stroud are so next-level so young because of the hard times they endured as kids. Watching them is pure joy.
Fantastic job on covering the Jordan Love Story. A fan as a Packer fan and a Bako resident. Makes me more prouder watching this piece not only as a Packer fan, also as a Bako resident!
Damn no wonder he’s so quiet even when everyone was calling him a bust. He already has all the affirmation he needed doing this. The hate doesn’t affect him. The way he always stayed in the pocket even under pressure made me feel like he was different. Rookies scramble and make mistakes. Love stayed and read the d
Right on true
Lauren…this is fantastic content!!
I love your livestreams, but this content right here is some of your best stuff. Thanks for your hard work!
Great video thanks for taking the time to share this with us all. Love can get us a playoff spot and maybe with a little luck and LOVE a superbowl! :)
I actually teared up. What a player and a person
It's clear you enjoy what you do, and that absolutely comes across in your videos. Great work, looking forward to seeing more like this!
I respect him choosing a lady love who relates to him, is from his community and who somewhat looks like his own mom - a bit. Many well wishes to Mr. Love, his lady Ms. Ronnika and their lives going forward.
Awesome video Lauren! I’m a big Packers fan and learned a lot watching this. Keep up the great work!
Pls pls do more of these awesome videos there’s not a lot of content out like this and also do some unknown players as well player who u feel need to get more recognition
Great video and story telling👌🏽
Great video! Thanks for sharing!
Great job! I didn't know about his father passing and everything else he has overcome to become an NFL starting QB.
Absolutely excellent video. Well done.
As a Packer fan, seeing Matt Patricia trying to coach him up at the 4:25 mark made me physically ill 😂🤮
Great video! I really enjoyed watching this!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much!!!
@@SheGotSports You're very welcome!
Great video Lauren and as you said proving the haters wrong right now and the certainty can get a wild card spot but have to keep winning and Love can’t turnover the ball too much these last four weeks.
This was a great video, thank you
Oh wow I’m a packers “owner” and I had no idea about his dad…
Yeah it's crazy to think about it must have been hard on him being only 14 having that happen
This is a really well done video. Props 👏
That is so heartbreaking with his dad. You know he's incredibly proud. 💛
Super video. I knew about his dad didn’t know the rest. As a long time Packers fan I was backing him no matter what! He has done better than expected and has done super well. I just wanted to make the playoffs show he can do it . He did it !! GO PACK GO 💚🏈
She did Great on this Video we the Fans need more videos
Amazing video Lauren 📹
Thanks for the heart Lauren
TH-cam algorithm shower me a good one here today. Happy to have found this channel
Amazing! What a story..
Respect.
Thanks for the viedo
Another great video Lauren!
Thank you!! 😊
I love the job you do reading your script. You are a very enthusiastic, voiceover artist. I wish more people would do this instead of relying on AI to read their scripts. Thank you for a job. Well done.
Fun fact. Love outplayed Mahomes that first start. It can also be argued special teams, amari rodgers, lost that game.
what ever his dad did to him it worked jordan love is a beast on the field
Amazing work. Gained a subscriber
Great narration of Jordan Love’s story!
I've noticed this trend with a lot of well known NFL quarterbacks. A lot of them came from inconspicuous backgrounds. Favre was from Southern Miss, Roethlisberger was from Miami (OH), Brady went to Michigan, but only really played his senior year, I could go on. Now I understand this isn't always the case, there are some great QBs who went to bigger colleges like Elway and The Mannings, but the trend is there. It's not all that strange to me if you know your football history.
I didn't know that about his father. That's so sad. I hope that his dad is looking down on his son somehow, knowing that he fulfilled what he predicted. This was a great video!
Great video 🫡
Never knew the story about Jordans father... heartbreaking the way he handled it is inspiring
Jordan love is freaking awesome. It was so crazy I have a common with him. I was born in Bakersfield California just like him ,awesome
Good video. I was very high on Jordan Love for the 2020 NFL Draft. The big knock against him by the media, not by NFL teams and scouts, is that he regressed from his sophomore to Junior season. It was pointed out by people who actually understand the art of quarterbacking, that Love's regression was mainly due to losing his 7 offensive starters, his head coach, offensive coordinator, and playing on a team with one of the worst defenses in FBS. When you evaluate a quarterback, you want to look at stats, but you want to focus more on mental toughness, ability to make those off platform throws, and physical ability. Love's strength was his physical and mental tools. Big arm, great mobility in the pocket, and accuracy in throwing the ball into tight windows. On draft night, I thought he would go in the late 1st round and would get drafted by the Patriots or Packers. Basically a team that would allow him to slowly win the starter job and would have the patience to mold him into a quality quarterback.
BTW - If you look at the scouting reports on Patrick Mahomes, people had him as a 2nd round pick and compared him to Jay Cutler -- turnover prone. Josh Allen regressed from his sophmore to junior year in college too.
I believed in this kid from the beginning. Packers organization knows how to develop quarterbacks. Give this kid a chance
Great video Lauren
Notice how packers qb's always got some goin on with parents. Arod doesnt talk to his, bretts dad died (then played the best game of his career) and now jordan.
Great video! Jordan Love certainly is proving the doubters wrong, he’s been one of the best QBs in the league these past 2 months
Great video
Great video, love Love
This was very well done
Great content ✌️🫶🏻🏈
Greetings from México. I'm a Packer fan and always believed in JL. Great channel!!!!! #GoPackGo
Well done. Lot of interesting and correct information
Thank you!
I got faith in this beautiful lad!! Packers love from England!!
That’s so cool that your from England, I didn’t know anyone there watched football :D
Just never give up cause you lose or job or something stay positive and keep movin.
Hoping nothing but success for Love. GO PACK GO!
Jordan Love is our future in GB. This young man has earned the right to lead the mighty Packers. Even if we get beat by Dallas on Sunday I think the Pack are in good hands. Pack is back!
Love the New Look Sweetie, Keep It up!!!
Even more reason to take this W in the Bay Saturday great story going into Super Bowl weekend 💛💚
God bless Jordan and his family!!! Wow how many stories do we need to hear like this to know all medications and any order made bye doctor should be vetted and approved bye more then one provider…
These doctors need oversight
Not gonna lie, this video made me tear up because Love faced adversity but always found a way to pull through. Go Pack go!
This headline smelled of clickbait but it was more accurate than I thought possible. I’m a Packer fan and my family has had Packer season tickets since 1957 and while I didn’t need a reason to root for this young man because of his predecessors blatant Favre hypocrisy I now have one, thank you this was great information delivered flawlessly.
That 2020 draft is shaping up to be one the best ever in terms of great/good QBs.
Simply put, Jordan Love, Rashan Gary, and A.J. Dillon are warrior-leaders on this Packer's team. With selfless encouragement & sidelined with injuries, Aaron Jones, Christian Watson, Jaire Alexander and other injured teammates are mentoring players. Someday, many seasons from now & with their playing days behind them, perhaps they will be coaching future Packer greats from the sidelines. For this lifelong Packer's fan & owner, I feel blessed by God that at the age of 8 and growing up in distant Delaware, I gravitated to the Green Bay Packers and they became my team.
Yes. Pack. Vs cowgirls. Let's do it they all have mad skills
I was lucky growing up with min after min after win. Bart Starr Vince Lombardi
He's got great talent and is able to achieve big things. Just needs to be more consistent, which naturally comes with more experience
Gotta 10VE this story.
And what the media always fail to mention is the Packers woes aren't just on his shoulders, you have YOUNG receivers running the wrong routes, crucial drops, and a banged up online .. Plus A. Jones can not stay healthy ( no fault of his). But all these things matter and they are overcoming this and growing together. This team will be good a couple years. Keep the same coach and let him master the system. His first year so far is better than Roger's and Payton.. I think Payton threw like 28 interceptions his first year. And they went like 3-13 ..
His draft night was flabbergasted (like many others) that the Packers traded up to take a QB in the first round when they had Rodgers. But the following night did some background and character research on Love it'd take time to develop for the pros, but he's got the tools, humble and a great leader. He's been showcasing his talent in the latter half of the season where people are taking notice, and I've been rooting for this guy since the day after he joined the Packers.
thank you for bringing me a little closer to my QB1, we're putting this kid on our shoulders. Go Pack Go 🤟🏾🧀
ok..4th video in and you definitely got skillz girl
i went to the chiefs game in lambeau and it was awesome
Put some respect on this dude, led a team that was the worst in nfl. Couldn't even beat the broncos turned it around so much that they were in a playoff spot this moment and outplayed patrick mahomes. Wonderful guy. Keep up the good work, Jordan Love, and smash those giants Monday night
*Love will tear down this league until HE GET HIS TURKEY LEG*
Utah State and Broncos fan here Jordan Love is awesome glad he didn’t go to a team I can’t respect he is a great Packer
Now Green Bay needs to stop Barkley's run.
Some interesting things about his college years that weren't mentioned in this (great video BTW).
His Sophomore 11-2 year, he played in just 7 - 4th quarters because Utah State average 51.2 PPG that year. His records could be so much bigger than they were.
His next year (the down year). Not only did he loose his head coach, but basically his ENTIRE coaching staff, offensive line, 95% of his receiving production in 2 WR's and an NFL caliber TE, AND a superbowl champion running (darwin thompson). His down year, he had to force the team to do ANYTHING and it showed.
Love came from this r.i.p his dad he is deff looking after him and they way he just embarrassed the cowboys he is goin to the superbowl
I'm a Packer fan that grew up in 45 minutes away from Bakersfield so I'm glad to root for him
Sometimes, a tragedy can elevate you to greatness!
Wow. This is deep. It’s all LOVE
Thanks for making a video. That's my quarterback
GO PACK GO
