I remember having a animatronic type doll growing up, same kinda style as a tickle me Elmo but it’s mouth moved? Maybe a baby alive? Anyways. At 13:17 Ponchito is probably moving slower because he has low air pressure. by the looks of it Ponchito maybe got more air than he needed and The whole system of the three birds were shut down becouse the system noticed the problem, so he took a little bit longer to get all the air out of him and was still moving a little bit after.
