Awesome guide. Thank you. I have 92 pentas, mostly playing master Yi (90%). Kraken is 100% of my Summoner's Rift games. Hail of Blades Duskblade is for messing around and playing ARAM. I've gotten 4 pentas in one ARAM match with Duskblade, but it's not how you win LP.
combos are: when enemy facechecks you: ult, e, rightclick, q to dodge key cc or to finish them off if they run away when enemy is a bit away from you: flash into that combo, or buffer q into flash you cover insane distances with that. oh and throw in a smite as well. i assume you know how to W reset? if not look it up.

However, I think Renata is the tricky champion when he meets his best teammate and enemy, which gives Yi a definitive living condition a few seconds and ability increasement and revive if you assists or kill, which is well-matched to yi's ult. And her ult is fascinating in disabling the enemy. On the contrary, her ultimate and w are specialized in countering his dive strengths, and w is an annoying skill for yi who needs to eat kills or assists quickly and reset.
I would very much like a guide on how to play around objectives as Yi. I almost always get ahead and get early objectives and kill the enemy jungle. I have no problem shadowing my split pushers or waiting to go in to clean up after an engage. I lose almost all my games when my team has 0 vision control and 0 ways to facecheck objectives. Even if I get herald and the first two dragons we just bleed out because we can never contest objectives.
thats just jungling in general in low elo, then they all spam jungle diff like its you're fault the entire enemy teams roaming the rivers while ur team mates sit under their 1 plate turrets with 7 deaths in 10 mins
Damn man thank you I played some master yi before, but idk what happened I played him for fun a couple times and won, then won again and by the 11th game I still had 100% winrate, so I guess I master yi from now on lmao, climbed 2 divisions in 2 days.
now item changes incoming new legendarys become mythics and few mythics become legendarys and few new ones does that changes affect him, i mean if that rly go through to the live servers ^^ i watched vandiril so i was curious about ur opinion ^^
So I compared gold amounts, clear times, and effective dps item states and found... Noonquiver, boots into rageblade, crit cloak -> finish kraken, zerkers, vamp scepter. This seemed to be the ideal path as far as clear speed sitting on noon quiver longer. Rageblade passive interaction plus e gives better dps than kraken for 800gold cheaper. This left a gap of 500 gold from noon quiver first withe a minute state difference on equal opponent gold that could be considered slightly less valuable. Overall it will do more dps to enemies and camps the entire game except that 1 minute period. Bork is third simply because the % damage did not outperform rageblade passive interactions due to low attack speed in going kraken bork. The exception is while ulting.

I havebeen trying blue smite with river walk and celerity, specially to force fights with enemy jungler early and it aint too bad, maybe not optimal but at least u can forget about enemies running away from u, sometimes when I gank mid thru the bushes they even flash thinking I ulted cuz i go so fast lol
I'm confused about how you say Master Yi counters Evelyn since this is something I have trouble with. She has stealth, cc and burst, all the things you said counter master yi. I would guess this is because in higher elo people have more map awareness and more pressure pre 6. I am just not sure if you should be telling low elo players that it is a hard counter when they may struggle hard against it.

Just like that. When u press W your AA timer resets, so if u AA than cast W and AA again quick, you will auto twice, 3 times if you count that W resets your passive
