    Very informative video, my question is, on the part where you emphasised self management, how do you go from being someone who struggles to get started with stuff, even with the whole “lemme do it for 5 mins” mentality, to someone who can study for 4hrs straight - like you do?

    These words are profound!! I also set reminders every time as there is a lot to remember hey😀. When it comes to advices I agree bro, I have people who come to me saying they do not know Accounting for example, I be like you actually do know something but which topic, which section of the topic are you struggling with...like tell me how you approached it , what is that thing you do not understand and then I can maybe help to bridge that gap that is exactly how my lecturers do to us whenever we consult.

    Would u say that it's healthy consuming bioplus everyday to try and focus while studying

      it’s most definitely unhealthy to consume Bioplus everyday . don’t do such .. get sleep otherwise everything you study will not get time to implant itself into your mind . cause that happens as you are asleep .
      personally i do use Bioplus, but maybe once a week .. and most of the time it’s for a football match to get the energy in
