Having bleeding in my 6weeks plus pregnancy went to hospital i was diagnosed of uti currently on antibiotics hoping my prescription pregnancy will safe doctor said with time the bleeding will stop my pregnancy will b normal i believe so

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and went to the hospital due to a weird discharge, they treated me for a UTI now it's the next day and I definitely caught it in the beginning stages because I can hardly pee. All I can do is drink water

Hello Paul. Thank you for making such amazing videos. I do have a question for you. In a pregnant woman allergic to penicillins and with pyelonephritis what would be the best option to treat her condition.
macrolides are quite useful, erythromycin is the most commonly used drug.
@@tertuiilekah6300 erythromycin, but not the estolate form. (this is in Canadian theraputics, don't know if the US guidelines state the same).

First ofal i would like to appreciate you for the wonderful advice that you are given to us but. i have been treating uti for more than three times before getting pregnant but still there is no any change up to now

source? bcs AAFP: "Oral nitrofurantoin and cephalexin are good antibiotic choices for treatment in pregnant women with asymptomatic bacteriuria and acute cystitis, but parenteral antibiotic therapy may be required in women with pyelonephritis"
Is Nitrofurantoin safe in 3rd Trimester?
