I remember the evening of 9/11. I had just arrived in Berlin that week and was looking for a place to rent. In the meantime, I was crashing at a friend of a friend's place, a youngish politician of the German Green Party, a member of parliament in the Berlin state legislature. We were silently watching the images of the towers collapsing that were basically on loop all night, and at some time, he just turned around and said: Well, I guess that's what you get for misbehaving all over the globe.
It feels good to listen to someone who can speak up the truth with no strings attached. Total truth, clarity. Thank you for that. There will be no war if we all had that clarity.

I guess the 'peace through strength' people would say 'if you look into the motivation to try avoiding it in the future, you're just letting them win by giving them what they want.' They'd rather have noone get what they want, and more people getting gameended, rather than they get 'what they want' behind bars if they're still alive.
@@anthonytwohill9726 sure, those who preach "peace through strength" aka "we don't fix foreign issues with our enemies through negotiation, but through sending them the message they should fear us too much to disagree with us" as if fear made people agree with you... The people who are preaching "being more severe or your enemies won't be disciplined" because they think they're raising children and they treat taking out a few thousands of your enemy's civilians as taking away your child's toys... They would say "if we look into how this happened to hopefully prevent it, see the grievances that motivated the person to carry out the atrocity so you can address the issue, if you do that, you're giving them what they want". And I think that's ridiculous depending on the demands - of course if it's say religious extremism with no other motivation, sure, but if you say 'if we show people that when they carry out violence, they are heard", what inspires the violence is the anger that these people feel from thinking "we aren't being heard, we won't be heard no matter what so we might as well hurt as many people as possible to at least satisfy our anger". That's not someone who wants to push a message above all, that's someone who wants to express their anger, and when you don't listen to the people, especially those who are the most angry, that just makes them more angry. The problem with peace through strength is the fact people actually have an ideology, and if you make them "scared of you" by committing atrocities against them, that won't make them respect your authority, that will only make them hate you more.
We should probably draw the conclusion that the education system is really f***** in your country. Because the fact that she's only learning about this now should be the bigger issue

When people were going bananas over this letter and young ppl reading it, I didn’t see the problem. I was like what the hell, they are finding out what I’ve known for 25 years. Yes we have overthrown democratically elected gov to install dictators who do our bidding.
Politicians are starting to realize that they don't weld the power that they used to with these younger voters. Corporations alike... All down to propaganda. No love for bin laden. F*** him! Just to be clear.
my only issue was, this is just giving corpdems and republicans ammunition for optics attacks at a really bad and awkwardly coincidental time. these kids aren't wrong, i just wish they'd shut the hell up, take a few seconds to find someone with similar statements who isn't so "hot" before trying to spread the revelation(like maybe a cold war socialist, no one freaks out when kids wear che guevara shirts, etc.). if that were the case, this would've landed like someone critiquing reagan's policies, the left would be talking about it, the hard right would fearmonger about kids today being degenerates, but the center would be neutral/ambivalent as opposed to the center being predisposed to be hostile as with Osama. i fear this hurts us optically more than it helps us informatively. but this is one of those "The genie is already out of the bottle" type deals, there's no help for it now, so we'll see i guess.
A few thoughts on the letter's assessment of voter copiability: 1. As Kyle said, not everyone voted for those presidents, and most didn't know they'd have done what they did. 2. He didn't understand America at all if he thought people really had much of a choice who to vote for at the time. Even today most Americans, the vast majority, don't believe it's viable to vote third party, so they're choice is between a Genocide Joe and someone running to be a fascist dictator. 3. I don't believe that most people understand what our nation did to those countries, even now. A shit ton of Americans, *today* think that the violence in Israel began in October of this year, and have no clue that they are committing war crimes, the extent of those war crimes, or the fact that America has it's greedy little fingerprints on every single one of them.
You’re right war crimes by Hamas against Israel began in the 90’s when they started carrying out their suicide bombing campaign killing hundreds of people into the early 2000’s.
Hell its even worse EVEN IF YOU VOTE THIRD PARTY, there are things and workings and rackets within the government that just ARE and largely barring some MAJOR changes, WILL ALWAYS BE. The military industrial complex is a powerful beast that has a mind of its own regardless of who is President.
Let’s all not forget that Kyle was pro war for Ukraine because Russia. Then all of these people find out that the US funded the groups that fought the Russians during their war. It’s very convenient how Kyle is “always on the right side of the issues” when he does stories a day or two late
I'm with you on like 99% of that. The only thing I'd point out is that the American political system in its current state is quite literally rigged against third party viability in presidential elections - intentionally so. It's just an objective fact that cannot be ignored or overlooked, and without directly addressing and dismantling the numerous deeply entrenched systemic roadblocks for third parties in presidential elections, they'll remain unviable (again, in presidential elections). Unfortunately, it's not as simple of a matter as "people don't think third parties can win, so no one votes for them and it's a self fulfilling prophecy". Such a phenomena certainly doesn't help, but there's more to it than that.
@@donnydogpiss4533 I agree there is more to it, but if people actually did vote for them, it would make them at least more viable. I think it was 5% needed to be financially backed like the duopoly, but it would also put pressure on the democrats to push left instead of right to try and gain back those voters... or at least get better at gaslighting...

We have rules for war in Sharia law (you can freely search on that by yourself) that forbid any Muslim to unlive anyone who isn't a fighter, we are forbidden to destroy buildings or places unless it happened by accident.. we are forbidden to cut trees or harm civilians or harm monks and nuns and worshippers or involve them in the war unless they are participating in the war by any way right then they are considered fighters/soldiers. If we take Hostages they should be people who came with the fighters or involved in the war (like the 🇮🇱 settlers / family members of the fighters) but we HAVE to make them eat from what we eat and wear like what we wear and give them the same medicine we use and clean the place which they will stay in ( you can find testimonies of ex 🇮🇱 Hostages aired recently on the 🇮🇱 television telling exactly what I'm saying ) and it's forbidden to divide between family members/ parent and her or his child. Children have to be treated with kindness until they go free. Everything Osama did in 9/11 was forbidden in Islam. Whatever he said in his letter to convince people that God approves this kind of attack isn't right and alot of Muslim Shikhs condemned, America 100% DESERVED him but innocent people DIDN'T. It is truly perplexing to comprehend that the United States allocates billions of dollars to engage in wars, perpetrating atrocities across the globe, instead of redirecting those funds to address pressing domestic issues. Redirecting these resources towards assisting millions of homeless individuals and supporting the struggling mid to lower-class citizens, who are valiantly trying to survive and contend with mounting medical bills, would undoubtedly be a more humane and constructive use of such substantial financial resources.

@porter9276 true but even a stopped clock is right about some things
A few thoughts on the letter's assessment of voter copiability:
The letter I found (from the Director of National Intelligence) entitled "To the American People" from Osama bin Landen is quite different from what Kyle was paraphrasing. There wasn't much on the religious front - but quite a bit on the economy and its control and oppression of the Middle East. And surprisingly, encouraging young Americans to read Thomas Paine and be more like their forefathers!
I'm a Muslim and Arab, I can confirm to you that Osama when he attacked the towers wasn't serving god, Jih@d in Islam (you can study/search freely by yourself) means two things : the biggest Jih@d which to resist committing sins, to be disciplined and to stop yourself from doing things which it loves like adultery and lying and stealing and drinking etc.
Jih@d also means to go to war to defend your country/ people/ nation (not to attack but to defend), If you are American Muslim and there is Army is coming to unlive your civilians.. defending your people called "Jih@d" in Islam.
He also harmed his people so F much because he is the reason why islamophobia is on fire the last 20 years. Any religious group who don't stick by the Islamic rules of war.. are terrorists by default whatever the other side deserved their actions or not. We don't claim them.

Why didn't she go after the golfers that are sports washing for Saudi Arabia like this?
Correct
Because they support Saudi Arabia because they get paid by the saudis
Wait? Why would you allow your enemies to have mass weapons of destruction? Why would you help your enemy to destroy you? That's insane.
That's why you shouldn't have any.
@@shaunshaikh8617 Yes if everyone gets rid of nukes. That's fine.
But I will certainly not provide nukes to my enemy. A country that has promised to destroy us is not trustworthy.
Also haven't we tried to make peace with Iran? We did our part. What did Iran do? They continued to support terrorism. And the US is again trying to make peace with Iran.
I think the US has done a lot to create a more peaceful world in the recent decade. But nobody seems to appreciate it.
You are one hell of a journalist, you do your research, weather I agree or not (which I do) a appreciate your honesty. At night I let your videos play b4 I go bed so the ads play all the way through, I don't have money like that to spare so that's the only way I can support you. Thanks and keep it up
Great job zoomers. We have a hope for peaceful future.
ye you could learn history to get an 'eye opening moment', or you could just use your critical thinking skills and by the time you turn 10, ye of course we aren't perfect with all our actions being perfect. We have elections, meaning whoever won was the most preferred by most people, factor the money in, ye of course how could we be perfect.
It sounds like you need a new mic Kyle. It’s been clipping a lot lately. I hate when that happened.
LMAOOOO right i thought it was my earbuds lmao
I cant wait for gen z's mind to be blown that the bin ladens and the bushs were actually friends and did business with each other 😂😂
dont forget saddam..😂
"They're weak, pathetic souls."
Thanks, Shang Tsung.
Why such passion and emotion Meagan just allow them to come their own conclusion with the facts or information they have? That takes strength to stand up to a idea that his been around so long?
I love how she has the Karen haircut while she goes full satanic panic. 🤣
She has always been a karen
Kyle I think your microphone is either glitching out or not plugged in all the way. I thought my earbuds were blowing out, but it's repeatable in the video.... May wanna check that out 😂
This topic open my eyes to a lot of things I do a lot of research
Love you bud. Your audio is peaking at times on this vid. Might wanna check your levels. Keep on keepin on.
I can't take anyone seriously when they can't even get the very basics about 9/11 right.
Her claim that 3000 Americans died on 9/11 is just embarassing.
That number represents all the civilians that lost their lives due to the terrorist events on that day. The number includes hundreds of foreign nationals (not Americans) that happened to die in the Twin Towers.
At least 102 countries lost human lives on 9/11. Their lives mattered too so don't falsely claim they were all Americans.
They don't mention Muslims died in the Twin Towers, too.
They did
Al Qaeda turned its weapons against the US when American boots entered the Arab homelands during the first Gulf War in 1990-91. Their attacks began and accelerated after that point, ending with 9/11.
Nothing exists in a vacuum
To protect Kuwait from Sadam
@@collins48lc And in the process the US established bases in Saudi Arabia, the Arabs' homeland. Which Al Qaeda declared a new colonialism.
Law of unintended consequences.
And in the end, what business was it of ours who controlled which land over there? Those borders were created by the British, not by the inhabitants. The ethnic and religious groups have been at war for thousands of years. What arrogance it was for the G H W Bush administration, and Maggie Thatcher, to think they could change the conditions in the region with their modern weapons.
Once again, far rightwing media Strawmans Gen Z, and then wonders why we resent them so much.
They don't care and left support Hamas and bin Laden...so you guys are bigot just like them
This is ur best, Kyle. In all of the years of watching ur shit, I have not wanted to share ur stuff more
6:19 this entire segment should not be here. You effectively showed mere screenshots, *speculated* on their meaning, then provided no evidence for your interpretation.
Great video Kyle. Very nuanced and educational
UBL wrote us ALOT of letters. From 1994 thru 2010.
On the cia website is his final letter where he had hopes for obama. And asks america to free obama and let him do the right thing. The irony.
That final letter is what everyone should read
The terrorist that caused 9/11 was a monster and will always be remembered as one. He was a waste of a human soul.
20:23
You’re such a hero. LOL
The United States' foreign policy caused it.
Have you read the letter? If we go by your analogy all the US governments are terrorists.
Saudi Arabia?
ok ask her where did the 655,000 iraqis and 540,000 japanese go ?
and see if she jumps at this too..
usa calling everyone terrorist except themselves...

Most Muslim scholars disagreed with his actions as it lacked Quranic justification. Further reading of the chapter or the explanation from that era reveals the truth. Those who justified it did so politically, not religiously. Just wanted to put that out because it is wrong to blame Islam for it, and he only used it as a way to gather more young hot-blooded fighters for his cause. He even said; "Well, if they killed our innocent people why won't Allah allow us to kill theirs?" (This is not a literal quote, but you get the point)
It almost sounded like he didn't agree with the Quran for not supporting him doing it.
I'm still watching the video so I don't know if he mentions it later or not. I just paused to clarify the point for the viewers.
Meghan Kelly seems like she hasn't gotten over Santa Claus being portrayed as other than white.
She's a boomer who belongs in a Home.
She is probably angry over Target selling black Santas
We harp on and criticize the younger generations but this is something they get right. In this regard they are ahead of the older generation.God bless them.
Boomers still haven't figured out that the Red Scare was utter bull sh**.
Conservative Issues: I saw a bunch of “illegal immigrants” at my Walmart last night, America is going to Hell in a hand basket
Liberal/Progressives Issues: American prosperity shouldn’t come at the expense of foreign populations, I think
Jesus says to love your enemies.
Go back 100 years and read what Smedly Butler, one of the most decorated Marines in history, said "War is a Racket" This shit is nothing new.
We have a lot of blood on our hands
Good job Kyle, you have earned my subscription.
good thing kyle is here to protect gen z from unreasonable accusations.
😂
Gen Z was just polled, and 48% of them support Hamas over Israel. Not "Palestine", they literally support Hamas over Israel.
My husband and I saw a documentary done by the history channel on his life about 10 years ago and walked away feeling differently than we had prior. The documentary painted him as an activist who was trying to free his people from their oppressors. Was born into wealth but was connected to his faith and his people unlike the rest of his far left family members. Look it up, watch it yourself and come to your own conclusions. His actions may not be justified however can any of us deny the fact that our beloved military cannot seem to keep their asses out of Muslims lands? My husband and I are both Gen X by the way.
Many minorities never bought into the lies .i remember when i was a little kid in grade school and knew nothing, we was playing with my brother and cousin in the room and my dad looking at the TV said " wow look they went blew up the twin tower's ". My dad wasn't mad but just alittle shocked . And he just said , thats what happens when u go playing around with other people like that . For some reason it was just stained in my mind all these years because obviously its a big deal. As a little child just simply asked " why did they do that " ? My dad just simply told me that we had it coming for messing with people...maybe it was because of this that i was always had to question the narrative and not believe that life is black and white. And especially later after hurricane Katrina hit my town ,i know that America is just as much self intrested as any other nation and we shouldn't let patriotism blind us and set us up for failure. When we were stuck in the after math of Katrina when i was young ,i know to never take your nations narrative without scrutiny. It doesn't make u anti American .
Leave it to Kyle to defend bin Laden supporters 🤦🏻♂️
Why are you such a liar
What happened to freedom of speech?
It says you have one comment but I can't see it, ironically.
