Not really. You're on the edge of a pretty bad area. I was going to buy out there and talked to some people I knew that lived there.. you have to be a bit on guard
OPPOSITE. I'm from the Fort. I now live in CA and came back to visit. It's gotten SO MUCH WORSE. And now FW fans can't claim "affordability" because prices have gone up. This place is ugly, unsafe, traffic is worse, people are angry, and there is nothing to do. If you have kids and enjoy church, PTA, bake sales, and Friday night football you might like it. Outside of that why on EARTH would you leave CA?

@@LivingInFortWayne Okay come downtown and walk around after 10 pm. Don't miss Headwaters park or the Promenade. Or ANY PLACE south of Rudisill. Or off Wells Street. Wait a minute, you said that you all live in LEO.... that's a far cry from living down here.
@@DaveyBoggs Referencing your earlier point in which you said there is nothing to do in FW. What is open after 10pm in the Wells corridor, south of Rudisill, or a Headwaters? The places people go events like Tincap games, events at the Landing, etc are all done before or around 10pm. Why would I roam the streets after everything is closed? That’s a serious question…I honestly cant think of any place. Maybe JKs and I’m pretty sure that closes at 11pm and JKs is 💯 percent safe
Is Paulding road a good part of the city? Is it in a safer area?

God I hope I can get my family out there! I can't handle California anymore 😢...... 1 or 2 more years to get put of this crap hole
