  • Our video gives you the information you need to hike Arethusa Falls in New Hampshire. Arethusa Falls sits just northwest of North Conway New Hampshire and is one of the tallest waterfalls in New Hampshire. The hike is just 2.8 miles out and back with a big payoff at the end. It's great for families with children and pets and even us old folks. Check out the video to see how to get there and get a sense for what you will run into during the hike.

South Shore Massachusetts here, we were married and honeymooned in North Conway. We love the White Mountain region of New Hampshire and visit frequently. One big tip. If considering travel to New Hampshire, Maine, or Vermont between mid May to mid June, beware of black fly season. Those evil little buggers will absolutely ruin your trip.

ooh - that's a good tip! We haven't lived in New England in a long time, so we weren't aware of that. Thanks for watching and commenting. 🙂
