Week 33: Bodybuilding and back to eating carbs!

  • I just completed 4 weeks on a Ketogenic cycle diet where every 4th day was a moderate refeed in carbs. In total, 22 days of no/minimal carbs, 8 days of low/moderate carbs. I lost 3kgs (6.6lbs) of fat and water density while adding muscle size to my legs, chest, and shoulders. That was my first keto experience and it definitely yields results.
