This was well done, but I have to correct you, @15:40.
The sword's name was initally, _Ame no Murakumo no tsurugi._ (Which translates to "sword of the gathering clouds of heaven)
It became "Kusanagi" (literally means "grass cutter") only when Prince Yamato Takeru used it to cut grass back and realized it also controlled wind in order to control a massive brush fire his enemies created in order to burn him to death.
It along with Amaterasu's mirror Yata no Kagami, and the jewel Yasakani no magatama, it is one of the Japan's 3 imperial regalia.

It's so interesting when other mythology share the similarity of their first ever time before creation. "There was a great Chaos....." everything were so chaotic and then came the almighty being went to fix the chaos.

Very confused why Susanoo is refered to as she and her so often. Also, it was a flayed horse thrown into Amaterasu's palace. And the sword wasn't named Kusanagi until it was passed down to the Yamato royal family. Someone tried to assassinate a prince by setting a field on fire, the prince in desperation started cutting the grass with the sword (hence the new name) only to discover the wind direction would change with each swing of the blade. Realizing the sword's power, he turned the wind against the blaze and swept the fire back to consume his would be assassins.

It was Susano who killed Ukemochi not Tsukuyomi...the stories are somewhat mixed up.
Japanese mythology books include Nihon Shoki and Kojiki.
In the Nihon Shoki, there is a story about Tsukuyomi killing Ukemochi.
In the Kojiki, there is a story about Susanoo killing Ogetsuhime.

It's common trope in creation story at ancient times. You can find similar stories in Egyptian myth, Sumerian, Babylonian, Chinese, Bible, and Maori. They have different versions but the core is same, god(s) separated heaven and earth at beginning of creation
