I regret most of my cosmetic work because no one told me I had to loose weight. I was 145 lbs at 5’6. I just didn’t look thick. But now I’m 123 lbs. I look so much better and I didn’t need fillers or kybella ( didn’t do anything).
I'm glad you brought up weight!! A lot of doctors are afraid to tell their patients, even in the medical field.
It's about health, not fat shaming.
A lot of people don't understand that diabetes, cancer, and heart disease have a lot to do with weight. Stay healthy viewers.
Thank you so much for your comment Ann. I completely agree it is about your health not fat shaming. As an aesthetic provider I’m still in the health care field. 👍
I love your cat in the background ❤
😆 thanks Denise! 😻
I didn't realize how much chin filler could make a nose look smaller. That's crazy.
Isn’t it! Thanks for your comment
wow, this is the first time i saw the original face of Ivanka Trump. She really turned herself into a beauty.
She sure did
She was unrecognisable!! All her procedures have certainly improved her.
@@Camille_Anderson yea she for sure looks like a different person
@@NaturalInjector 💯😱😱 a complete transformation!! I think Blake Lively has also transformed!! Some celebrities still claim it's "just great genes & kale smoothies!".....😏😏
I appreciate the extra effort you put into your videos with all the examples and history information. Nicely done!
Thank you so much! This video was A LOT of work! 🙏. Really appreciate your comment
Always love your videos!!! What do you use for neck wrinkles? Or firming the neck? Thank you❤
I just heard an interview that says fillers only lose their shape after 6 months, they don’t actually disappear so people who get injections for the purpose of imitating bone are often in for a lot of trouble.
I can attest because I have been doing a tiny bit of filler to my nose for several years now. It hasn’t lost its shape. I also have some in my chin for years with no issues. Which interview was this? Curious I’ll check it out

@@NaturalInjector for some reason TH-cam blocked my link. The latest video from Victoria Cosmetic Institute.
@@kevintse2870 I was meaning to check that out. I know he just released a new video. Thanks
Dr. Anil Rajani says that filler doesn't dissolve, it gravitates which can cause an unbalanced look over time. So I'm afraid to use it and have only done Sculptra which is hardly noticeable. I hope he's wrong!!
Beatiful presentation,I recently started following your videos,I really enjoy your assesment and presentation, well done❤
Thanks so much Reza! So glad you like the presentation. 💕
A very informative video. Alot of great points made. If you get filler in the jawline to improve definition does this procedure need to be done every two to three years or is a one off thing to do to improve the jaw? 🤔
'Mew your way' 🤣 Love you, Emily. Your knowledge and the vast amount of topics and approaches you cover is truly impressing. You do not avoid controversial topics and myths. You are my favourite aesthetic content creator next to dr Rajani.
🙏🙏🙏 Thanks so much! Really appreciate your comment and glad you enjoy the videos!
Here's hoping this teaches me something!
👍 Let us know if it did. Hope the video was educational for you
Love your content! What are your thoughts on spot treating with Sculptra? Ive had two injectors tell me that sculptra needs to get used on the entire face and cannot be used to spot treat or for correcting asymmetries. Do you agree?
Yes I don’t know many providers who only use part of a vial to spot treat. Sculptra comes in a vial and you need to reconstitute the vial by mixing it t in order to inject it. I personally like to reconstitute at least 3 days before someone’s treatment. All of us have asymmetry and I have used Sculptra to help with asymmetry but not sure why you feel a whole vial would not be needed or beneficial. Guess it all depends on how large of an area you are trying to target.
Would you say chin filler can work in the long run, with regular maintenance? Do people generally like their results even after 5-10 years? Thanks in advance! ❤️
Completely unrelated: I love your lip shade! Do you use lip tints? If so, which ones do you recommend? I'm the same shade as you, so I'd appreciate some recommendations. Thanks.
Thanks! I used to use this beautiful coral color lip stain from Tarte called Joy several years ago and they discontinued the color. Since then I have not been able to find a nice coral peach color in a lip stain that stays put until now. I discovered Dior Lip stain, I cannot recall the name of the color but you should be able to find it if you go to their site and look for the coral colored stain.
I can't get over the Hapsburg jaw😂
It’s very interesting isn’t it. What people did to maintain power back in the day.
@@NaturalInjectorIt's an interesting yet disturbing piece of history. I wonder if any of their descendants still exist today. I'll have to look it up.
@@missvida6251 Yes kinda disturbing for sure. Ppl didn’t know any better back then. They say the one prince who ruled Spain was so inbred he drooled, and he also couldn’t speak properly and had a lisp which I heard is why some Spanish ppl pronounce things with a lisp, for instance Ibiza is pronounced Ibitha. I was told they adopted the lisp to make him feel better 🤷♀️.I heard his wife didn’t want to go near him because apparently he also smelled. If you look into it pls feel free to comment here to let us know what you learned.
You are a truly passionate 'nerd'. Love your work and kindness and class in which you deliver messages. You are brilliant.
Love you ❤️

im thinking about getting cheek and jaw filler done, since my face is narrow and slim, but im scared of it migrating. i heard lipfillers can do that. im a bit unsure and i know where i live answers like that at an injector will just be ignored, but you seem so knowledgable and honest, i wish i was an american so i could come for fillers to you. if you had any tips about migration and risk of jaw and cheek fillers for structure, please let me know, thank you so much for your great videos !💗
I actually did a video about fillers and migration. I’ve not heard of it being an issue in the area of the chin and jawline. It’s more an issue in the lips because of over-injection. You can check this video out 👉 th-cam.com/video/XA8EaNGiLZA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=5xi9I0oo1KgyxMc6
@@NaturalInjector thank you so much ! gonna watch it :)
@@MH-ys2gd great!
I am interested in defining my jawline, but don’t want the puffy face that can be seen when looking straight on. I also find chin filler makes already oval face look longer. Would pdo cog threads give me good jawline definition?
I love facial hair on a man, as long as it's neat!! They look masculine if the hair is neatt.
Thanks for sharing Ann. Most of the time I love facial hair on a man too as long as it’s their beards aren’t too long.
When I was 13 I used to be insecure about my strong jawline. Now I see it's a desirable feature
I need to lose 20 to 25 lbs. However, I'm 66. When I lose too much weight, it also affects my face. Ugh!!! (I do have filler previously in my cheeks and jawline) and also did three Sculptra sessions.
Thanks for sharing your story! Feel free to keep us posted on your Sculptra results.
Are jaw implants a good choice in order to get more definition?
Jaw implants can definitely give more definition but so can jawline filler if you are a good candidate.
My jaw is very narrow, that's why implants are maybe more suitable. I just wonder if the bone structure in the jaw area changes with age... In this case, should a change of the implants be necessary?
@@afroditi5845 You would have to ask a surgeon who does jaw implants. The bones definitely change with age though
@@NaturalInjector thank you!
The beauty editor looks the same.
Yea I kinda thought so too
Grr, the weight loss thing frustrates me! lol. I'm 5'7" and weigh just under 125 pounds. If I go much lower than that, I look too thin. The ONLY time I ever had a defined jawline (without filler) was when I was going through a period of extreme distress and trauma, couldn't bear to eat, and went down to 107 pounds. I looked emaciated, but my jawline looked snatched!
I also naturally don't have a visible gonial angle (without filler), as my jawline seems to switch from horizontal to vertical WAY before it gets anywhere near my ears. It kind of disappears about halfway along my cheek. 😢
I think you are a good candidate for chin filler...try it once if it doesn't align with your other facial features then dissolve it... hope this helps 😊
If not filler then chin implant
@@Prachi07534 Thank you! My chin is not overly recessive, and my face (front on) is narrow and long, so I don't want to make that look worse! lol. If I CAN have a very chiselled jawline at 107 pounds, then it IS possible, but only at that very unhealthy weight for my height. So it's not an option.
@@ladybaabaa3294 Perhaps you are a good candidate for jawline filler. What did you think looking at the jawline/chin filler definition scale? Maybe you’re also a good candidate for Sculptra since you mentioned your face looked emaciated?
@@NaturalInjector Thank you! I do have jawline filler (or else I'd have no visible jawline and no gonial angle), and I meant that my body looked emaciated back when I was very underweight, but my jawline was sculpted then. My face looked good, just not my body. Unless I'm way too thin, my jawline is not defined (without filler).

I got my chin done with filler 2ml total 3 months apart… the results were AMAZING! My jaw has always been defined, even when i was at my heaviest. My profile is beautiful even after the swelling it looks so natural! I look a lot more refreshed and awake🫶🏾
