I want the second option. I am the husband and I was actually ejected from the home for 1 year (she sobbed in court, I had blocked her mother's phone number). The year expired, but the judge gave my wife exclusive possession of the home until the divorce is finalized.
We have a 15 y/o son.
My problem is:
Her lawyer has included all kinds of fees, payments I must make, life insurance I must get, etc. On top of that, I am being saddled with our entire credit card balance.
So, their Marital Seperation Agreement is so one sided, I will be homeless within months.
Her family is very wealthy. But they will not help us.
What should I do?
