Can you do some stretches for runners I love to run a lot usually about 3 miles every 3 days and I've been getting pains in my calf muscle about mile and a half mark which leads me to not being able to finish my run
Great video! Great stretches! Just some feedback: for those of us actually doing these stretches in the morning when we wake up, the music iz incredibly loud and attacks my senses.
I have been doing physical therapy for my back pain and just rotating/repositioning has me waking up completely. I try to stretch before bed time to help it from tightening up but I still do. Do you have any advice that can help with that?
I have bulging on my lower right side of the spin and the curve of my neck is gone due to car accidents...it would be amazing if you can do some workouts for those things... Btw I just did those stretches and it felt Amazing
If you have low back and flexion issues I strongly recommend doing these BUT in reverse order. For me at least any rotational work challenges the muscles around the hips, low back, and glutes way more than keeping the body neutral.
My legs shake at the knee ups like as soon as I’m bringing either leg up it starts shaking and as I’m going down it shakes even more! What is that about??

Ankle pumps are also very good for plantar fasciitis. Unknowingly I was doing these stretches but solely for my fasciitis. I will incorporate all now

this may not be a stretching issue! it sounds more like a strengthening issue. Have you thought about seeing a physical therapist?
Some of my fave stretches from physio! Never heard them called wig wags though and that's the cutest thing!

If it hurts maybe. But honestly if it feels better, it's good and it's probably just tension leaving the body. Hope this helps.
