      Hey brob, great to hear you enjoyed the match and thank you for supporting the channel! USF is a great faction and I agree that the Airborne style of play is particularly fun. Especially in CoH3 because paratroopers can hit the battlefield so quickly, getting behind enemy lines and causing chaos.

      Haha yeah, that was insane, was really hoping my teammate in the north could hold out long enough for me to provide some heavy air support. I was too tied up in the center to provide any troops.

    Aye sarge watched this early this morning in school and was like this is the exact build I been trying to do but it’s perfected I won bout 6-7 games straight I wasn’t big on at guns till now

      Hey eman, that’s so awesome to hear, great work on adjusting the build and finding success!
      I am still working to refine and perfect this build order. I’ll list a few things to consider below:
      1. 2x MG or 3x pathfinder early on is also viable.
      2. You can get a bazooka squad from the weapon support center as early game anti-tank. Especially when facing DAK because of the 250 halftrack early on.
      2. It’s important to get the “ munition surplus” upgrade from the infantry support center, so your paratrooper LMG upgrades and grenades are much cheaper, allowing you to utilize your missions on Air power such as the bombing run
      3. If you have adequate anti-tank and your opponent doesn’t have overwhelming armor, you can consider getting a Sherman bulldozer as your first tank unit to give you a major advantage on the ground against infantry. Then you can follow up with hellcats for antitank support.
      And yes, just as you said, dropping in AT Guns with your airborne ability is very important. Sometimes you need to drop in two of them.

    In the predecessor CoH2, the rally feature was only available for the major which is the equivalent of CoH3's tank depot. So having the rally on the captain is considered new if youre transferring from Coh2 to 3.

      Ah yes, that’s right, the CoH2 rally feature with the major was much later in the game due to the tank depot tech. Definitely a familiar mechanic for USF COH veterans and something that is often overlooked by new players to the franchise.

    Played a great game. Might I suggest you upgrade your vet skill asap. Missed out on a lot of options… ie airborne (ambush), hellcat (first strike), pathfinder (healing).

      Nice, definitely try it out Chris, its a very fun style to play. I’m still working on refining the build and I have some ideas on how to improve it. I’ll list a few things to consider below:

    fun fact you get an AT mine if you research the explosion thingy from infantry support
    this looks alot like the build i used before they nerfed pathfinders into the ground

      Oh interesting Zoulrage. So one note that I made was that I need to get munitions surplus upgrade earlier from the infantry support center, so that I can upgrade my paratroopers and utilize grenades at a cheaper cost. However, does that upgrade you’re referencing also apply to paratroopers - are they able to lay mines as well? I actually haven’t tested this so I’m very curious.

      @@SargeGG its mines for engineers that only trigger from tanks and i guess do more damage than normal mines... you can save alot of manpower by upgrading the last upgrade in the infatry support.. it reduces the reinforcement cost
      if you want to be nasty you can place an AT mine and an anti personal mine right behind it so that the AT mine also explode on the infantry :D

      @@Zoulrage Yeah, super strong. I was utilizing this style when playing with heavy riflemen (4-5x). A couple well placed mines can totally changed the game in your favor.

    it’s firepower almost deplete it’s up in total half but it’s still moving a single Italian elite infantry isn’t capable destroying a single truck it was targeting the anti tank and bringing in the Panzer 3

    Hope you make a similar video playing british, because I've been struggling so much against DAK it's unreal. Pgrens are so strong right against they can win a lot of 1:2 fights against rifle sections and I feel trapped when it comes to my options. Can't skip getting 2 mgs because I won't be able to deal with pgrens, can't skip getting boys AT in case they do a clown car rush and even if they get countered really easily now and aren't as useful, can't skip Stuarts because I won't have any staying power or deterent. Really have to survive until Matildas or Churchills arrive it feels.

      Yeah the British are in an interesting position as you outlined, but I think they have the tools to deal with it. Certainly, crusaders and Matilda’s are turning point and especially if you can get them out relatively quick. What is your favorite British battlegroup?

      That would be Indian Artillery with sometime using Air and Sea. Heavy mortar is not really the answer to a mobile force and I don't think I can get Gurkhas out because I need that AT and Stuart right away. With Air and Sea, might be worth rushing out a Centaur, but the Centaur is only really good against infantry. It can tank attacks from the DAK's light vehicules and pjaegers but not do much to kill vehicules.
      Really the only answer I found to DAK is Armoured, but you have to survive and keep enough ressources to get a Churchill out. Due to how aggressive DAK can be, it's hard to maintain your ressources and arrive at that point@@SargeGG

      @@legendairenic6247 Just read through this Nic! You make some good points. The British do run into some problems early game in this meta, from what I have gathered so far. However, I do think Ghurkas are the answer when going for Indian Arty BG, they are extremely strong and scale very well against Axis infantry (even elite infantry). I haven’t got a chance to play a lot of British yet but it’s something I can work on.

      @@SargeGG I did some testing on the side, here's what I got: Against non-vetted, non upgraded, no LMG34 panzergrenadier, the infantry section will not win the engagement. With scoped Lee Enfields, they can make the fight a draw rather than a loss. Boys AT can't win at all because the AT rifles are very inacurrate. Bren sections however do fair better and can even win, but with how expensive the bren is and by that time, the other player probably has some sort of advantage like veterancy or 6 men pgrens, no sure it's viable.
      Gurkhas are the way to go it seems. With same parameters, regular Gurkhas can win a 1 on 1 engagement, bren upgrade will them win even faster and smg Gurkhas will decimate them at close range. All these options do have an added bonus: I tested if Gurkhas could do good damage against 250s and they can do a lot of damage to them, even in front armor. Their Enfields seem to have good penetration. Of course they don't do that burst damage that destroys 250s like the Boys AT, but it's enough to maybe deter that clown car.
      With this information, hopefully you cook us some kind of build with Gurkhas as the center piece. Or not, maybe you got some ideas. Cheers anyway!

    Pathfinders are best to pair with Tanks they have a very very long range to see thru fog of war and they are able to hit enemy infantry are distance don’t give them BAR just let Garands do the work they’re sharp shooter gifted scouts so they’ll hit Enemy many times than regulars

      Yeah, it’s a really good point regarding the utility behind the Pathfinders. They are great scouts, giving vision and supporting your combined arm forces, while also having other very useful abilities as well. They are not very popular but I personally like using them.

      @@SargeGG they were popular and combine with hellcats they were known as Glass cannon combo use pathfinder wisely or engage them in long range infantry to infantry battles
