Satan’s plan is to leave God out: In Luke 4:3-12, Satan tried to turn our Lord Jesus against his own Father, but he failed. Jesus rejected all Satan said, and told him that God the Father is the *only* one to be served. But most of the world has fallen for Satan’s lies and deceit by thinking that Jesus himself is God and influencing them to reject the words of Jesus, who has plainly told us that God is the *_only true God_* (John 17:3). In doing this, Satan knows that they will be without salvation just as he has been ever since the Fall when one-third of the angels fell with him. Even today, Satan continues to influence souls to be hellbound. But to us true believers there is only one God, the Father, and one Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 8:6). Satan hates the Father and all of His creations; and he will stop at nothing to prevent us from being with the Father in heaven. Repent, for Jesus is not God.
