So keep voting for new slave masters to rule over you and everyone else and we will also lose our freedom liberties and natural right as well. No, I don't.
First, there's no reason for that person to be there in the first place. It's an employee parking lot, and that person was scoping out cars. As someone who has had his car broken in to more than once, I would HOPE the cops would investigate and remove someone who was just walking around looking at cars, especially when apparently a car alarm went off.
Second, the person was obviously there to get a reaction from them. If you didn't notice, or don't think it matters, you might be an entitled annoying pest like the person in the video. I don't care what profession or status a person has in life, they shouldn't be treated that way. That goes for cops interacting with citizens, but it goes for citizens interacting with cops as well. *Worst attempt at auditing I can recall seeing on this channel.*
    1. 0:50 said _"I don't answer questions,"_ 0:58 proceeds to answer questions. Hard to audit LEOs if you don't interact, when you answer after invoking this right LEOs have a green light to continue asking (why officers ask dumb questions like _"Why are you angry?"_ after declaration - if you answer, you're no longer remaining silent.)
    2. 0:56 Offered to show tape, risking video being "accidentally" deleted.
    3. 1:08 _"I can touch them, they're ours"_ 10:00 _"Our tax dollars pay for them"_ This is recurring - where did this idea originate?
    4. 1:19 _"Don't give me illegal directives"_ - not illegal, plus would look more competent if learned the language of their craft, it's illegal command/order/etc.
    5. 1:55 Didn't establish if being detained, LEOs can claim there was no detention until arrest, interaction was consensual, giving up many of her rights.
    6. 5:16 Confuses _"Suspicious"_ with _"Reasonable suspicion"_ - they're not the same, not really any limit on what an LEO can consider suspicious unless part of a reasonable suspicion (doesn't apply here because auditor left the interaction as consensual).
    7. 5:28 _"Is it illegal"_ - _"no"_ then asks if misdemeanor or felony - I don't think the auditor has the capacity to handle the unpredictable on the fly nature of an audit.
    8. 5:50 _"Can be construed as counter-surveillance"_ auditor need to press LEOs for meaning of uncommon terms to see if they are making sheit up a they go - might have gotten officer to declare her videotaping was illegal.
    9. 9:06 Approaching officers waving hands quickly could be considered a physical threat, if auditor had gotten closer might have accidentally hit LEO if they had also stepped forward.
    10. 9:11 possible law violation if required to stay back 6 ft. during pandemic (varies by jurisdiction).
    11. 9:15 _"Try and take my camera, better go get a search warrant"_ - they could detain and cuff and take the camera and perform a pat down, and can take without a search warrant if there is an arrest. If LEOs didn't know already, they realized after this they could bait the auditor into a law violation almost at will.
    12. 9:24 _"I think you all need to go back and learn some education"_ 12:50 _"You can't give me a lawful order"_ Antagonizing officers isn't effective if they're laughing at your gaffs.
    13. 9:40 Not sure on this one, but I don't think being allowed to enter an area under some circumstances permits entry at any time or lingering.
    14. 13:01 _"You guys do realize you don't have signs?"_ The auditor apparently thinks that in order to trespass someone, you have to run out, put up a sign, then file a trespassing complaint. Verbal is sufficient, best she might claim is they didn't have the authority.
    15. Trespassing arrest - any auditor committing a crime should be an automatic F.
    16. 13:55 Her complaint was the subject of her charges, ridiculous to think she could file a complaint AFTER being charged rather than presenting in court.
I am really struggling to find something she did well other than the follow up to videotape the signs, though even here she should have videotaped earlier before the sign went up to prove it didn't exist when charged.

I really appreciate that this channel also shows some situations where cops handle a situation well. This lady is awful and in my opinion was accosting officers in an attempt to get them to do something outside their authority just for her little channel. This is embarrassing for her

I've watched many, many of your videos, and even decided to actually log in to YT for the first time in 2 years so that I could subscribe. Your analysis is always thorough and, in my opinion, impeccable.
You were a Ravenclaw at Hogwart's, right?

I feel like you expect something bad to happen to that person you don't like but at most all that would happen is
"Did you have anything to do with that alarm?"
      "No"
      "Would you mind identifying yourself?"
      "Sure here's my ID"
      "Have a good day"
Also what's the alternative here? Have cops ignore people next to alarming cars? Then why even have the alarm.
