The bike looks great overall, but I would never remove the mirrors. I commute on my bike and use them quite a bit. I would miss them too much if they were gone

Both my parents were riders for over 8 years. The only crash that happened was my dad and it was a minor fall going around 30mph and it was his fault. I'm almost 17 and I really want a bike; however, both my parents are completely against me getting one. I understand the dangers of riding, but I think they're being a bit hypocritical considering my dad got a bike when he was around 22. Were your parents against you getting a bike?
Just get one home as a surprise. I'm sure they'd not want it out post that. PS : Just don't surprise them with an Harley, in that case you'll be out along with the bike xD
Obey your parents kid. Sit down and properly debate the subject with them like adults. Avoid insults and avoid calling them hypocrites even if it’s true. Remember, you’re trying to appeal to them in order to get what you want. In doing this, you’ll learn diplomacy, (you’ll need that for the rest of your life) you’ll respect your parents and hopefully it’ll land you a bike. Good luck!

I might be in the minority but I like the stock design better than what you did to your bike and plus removing mirrors from bike like uhh.. that's like the most unpractical thing and makes the bike look cheap. Not going to lie your bike just doesn't look premium, it looks cheap.
