Probably one of the best After Effects Tutorials i have seen for a long time. Very straight, informative and interesting. Well done dude! Keep the great work up!
Your After Effects how to videos in my opinion are the most helpful ones that I’ve come a crossed. You make it easy to understand and easy to follow along with. Thanks please keep on making these videos?
Justin you are the mannn....really inspiring. I learned editing all from your tutorials. I even edited a full video and posted on youtube using your tutorials. Tanx man!!!!!!!
Thanks for the video! Learning After Effects and it's so deep that these kinds of videos really help! I wanted to mention, the method of using wipe is not very easy to recreate for web or mobile apps, and also tends to look wrong unless your circles are perfectly centered in your composition. You can create the exact same effect using Trim Paths on a circle, which allows it to be exported/moved more easily.
just go to the left top part and you will see the rectangle is marked, you hold click and will see elipse, and then in the top, you click fill, put the / (no fill) and at it's right you choose the color :)
Is there a way to take a picture of something and divide it up into sections like the loading screen and then at the end of it bring it all together to show the picture?
Omg I bought Skillshare to learn shit 'bout adobe and stuff. Should've checked out your channel first. Great tutorial. Very informative and your voice keeps me on my toes. XD
Great video! I have a problem with moving the shape to a different part of my screen though? Once I have completed the radial wipe, I want to move the entire composition to a different part of my screen but the animation messes up. Do you know the solution to this? Thanks
@Justin Odisho How do I create this effect without radial wipe? I'm trying to convert my animation into a Lottie file and it doesn't recognize radial wipe.
I have completed the video successfully but lacks in some areas for instance you don't show us how to change the end time as all the circles finish at the same time which looks worse than if they fully joined at different times.
Hey bro your tutorials helped me a lot ... But i want to include liquid effects in my project which not freee so can u show us "" how to create liquid elements """ or provide us with free liquid packs🙏🙏
Thank you Justin Odisho, it's always a pleasure learning from the best.

Can I do something similar with circles looping but also slowly going out of the screen to the sides sort of like an explosion?
Omg I bought Skillshare to learn shit 'bout adobe and stuff. Should've checked out your channel first. Great tutorial. Very informative and your voice keeps me on my toes. XD
MVP.
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.
Thanks man, you should add your files for people to download
Great tutorial. Btw, what did you use to enlarge the dialogue boxes showing during screen recording.
I use screenflow
do u have download link for this i want to download
thanks! great tut!
only your workspace resolution is very tiny. on my 13'' macbook its hard to see even in fullscreen.
You brought that upon yourself
Great
cool effect :)
Great video! I have a problem with moving the shape to a different part of my screen though? Once I have completed the radial wipe, I want to move the entire composition to a different part of my screen but the animation messes up. Do you know the solution to this? Thanks
Great video! Can you make animated Twitch overlays tutorial too? Thanks!
Thank's Justin, i've a little issue, when i copy paste a circle, the second isnt centered, why ?
hi Justin , can you make a tutorial for smooth spinning dots like win10 spinning dots while updating in progress
Out of curiosity why would you use a radial wipe instead of trim paths? Feel like you can accomplish this using trim paths too? Just wondering!
I guess it’s just the first thing that popped into mind when I was experimenting but trim paths would probably be good too
Whats an alternative for this using Trim Paths, because "Radial Wipe" is not supported by Bodymovin/Lottie???
What do you use to show key presses at the bottom of your video?
I record with screenflow
@@JustinOdisho awesome, thanks! I thought it might have either been a program or manually applied in post 😁
All these circular effects on the channel... YOU SPIN ME RIGHT ROUND, BABY.
You get it
Froze my ass off now I can watch this
Is there a way to make this flat? Like the circles used to highlight player select in sports games. Thanks for your time
You could try to precompose it all and add perspective
where did you learn all of this? Did you go to school for it?
I am the school
@@JustinOdisho lol good answer captain
When I decrease the scale my shape doesn't stay centered.
How do I export the loop, Because it only saves to AE
Hello! Justin Odisho! Just a question.. how old are u when u learned ae?
About 17
Oh ok. Thanks for sharing your story!
How do you round the edges of the shapes?
I would love if this was done in Kinemaster/Mobile.
@Justin Odisho How do I create this effect without radial wipe? I'm trying to convert my animation into a Lottie file and it doesn't recognize radial wipe.
I'm not sure about that one at the moment
my radial wipe is off center, it looks like a wave building up rather than a rotation
Check your alignment and anchor point center
@@JustinOdisho hi, it was the radial wipe center point, thank you!
i missed it on the effect with "time * 180", i didn't get it.. :(
same for me! That doesn't work :(

I have completed the video successfully but lacks in some areas for instance you don't show us how to change the end time as all the circles finish at the same time which looks worse than if they fully joined at different times.
I've since worked out how to do it. Great work. I'm now looking to extend it further.
how u make a circle mines comes out square
My circles won't appear in the middle - and aligning them doesn't help :(
Eazy E's loooool so gangsta
Hey bro your tutorials helped me a lot ... But i want to include liquid effects in my project which not freee so can u show us "" how to create liquid elements """ or provide us with free liquid packs🙏🙏
You can check some of my tutorials on liquify type of effects
Your instructions don't work. It doesn't wipe circilarly. It wipes a cross the circle.
How do I stop it lol
