    Tanong lang sir..anong problem kaya kung bakit kahit naka off makina ko may kuryente pa din ang compressor at pag natakbo ng 60 up di lumalamig AC..any help po sir.

    Sir thank you for sharing, tanong ko lng - bale s set up n ganito ay yung circuit board n kinabit mo n ang mag ko-control ng temperature s cabin- i mean hindi n or wala ng gamit yung original n controls ng car, tama po b?
    S car ko kc ay digital ang settings ng temperature (18 - 30 degrees) between 22-25 degress madala kong settings, pero pag ginawa ko yung nsa video, ibig b sabihin bale wala n yung settings ko s panel? TIA

      Sira na po kasi yung temp sensor pinutol ko yung connector nun para malagyan ko ng gaya ng nilagay ko na ibang temp sensor..yung lumang temp sensor ang issue ay lagi mag o-on ang compresor ..yung bago nilagay ko sya na mag c-cut sa linya ng lumang sensor para nag o-uatomatic na sya

      nabaklas ko po thermistor n nkkabit s evaporator, @ room temperature ang resistance n nsukat ko ay 3.5K ohms, nung nilagay ko thermistor s cup n may ice ay nk sukat ako ng 10K ohms, tumaas, pero n icip ko din n khit nag 10K ohms sha ay bka hnd p din sapat pra i-open nya ang circuit at mag off ang compressor. palagay mo sir?

      Tama po ang prob pa dyan ay hindi naten alam kung ilan ang totoong specs ng thermistor iba iba ang specs bawat modelo ng sasakyan..pwera nlang kung may matest kayo na buo at walang prob na thermistor na gaya ng nsa sasakyan nyopo

      ang istorya po kc ay papalagyan ko lng ng auxilliary fan pero nakita n may leak n s isang pipe so in short n linis ang condenser, palit exp valve etc, kao pag katpus ng trabaho ay npancin ko n hnd n nag automatic or parati n nka ON ang compressor, nag dagdag/bawas ng freon pero ganun p din. Gusto n nga i-modify yung thermostat pero di ko muna pinagalaw, in short nag order n ako ng thermistor on line, sna doon n ang problema, update din kita sir kung ano nangyare.

    Boss thank you sa video ngwa ko ung prob ng compressor same ng sskyan n gnwa mo. Pro prang 1 week ko lng ngamit ung w1209 ng circuit. Kung sakali boss masira ung gnwa mo palitan m n lng ng potentiometer na 10k ohms. E2 ung gnmit ko pgkasira ng circuit mas madali bilhin.
    Thanks ulit Boss d ko rin maiisipan ung potentiometer kng d dhil sa video mo.

      Wala pa pong shop ipacheck nyopo yan kung nagana pa kung parehas ng issue ng nasa video..may time kasi na madumi yung evaporator kaya di makuha tamang temp para automatic yung compressor

      Tama po... Iikot yun kahit nakapatay ang air-con pero yung pulley lng ng air-con Hindi sya naka engage yung mismong compressor po

      Depende po sa design yung iba hindi thermistor ...yug iba manual thermostat (txv) depende din kung nai convert na ...

      Computer controlled ang control ng compressor.. input Lang yang pinutol ko Yan yung wire ng thermistor..

    Hello sir, I have the same problem, the compressor doesn't stop for very long time and in the same time temperature inside the car be high during the compressor is running!! 😳. Also that means it's from the evaporator temperature sensor?????

      Yes you may consider the faulty evaporator temp sensor...or dirty evaporator etc

    Bosing tanong lang po pag nka fan 3 ilang minuto ba sya bago mg cut off ang compressor? Kasi dmax ko pg fan 3 nawawala ang lamig at ng ye yelo hindi ng cut off..pero pag nka fan 1 and 2 okey nman sya..

    Sir. Thermistor lng ba reason bkt walang cutoff ung magnetic clutch? Ung sa accent ko kasi, kahit naka off AC, naka engage ung clutch

      Marami pong reason kung bakit walang cut off yung magnetic clutch isa na jn yung thermistor, low refrigerant(freon) or ginalaw yung wiring sa case nyo posibleng yung trigger para mageengage yung magnetic clutch eh shorted to ground.. Check wiring, kelangan malaman kung yung sa AC module Ang control ng magnetic clutch or ECU(computer box) ..pag ECU posibleng yung driver or trigger ang shorted... Pag ganun ECU kelangan nyong iparepair Ang ecu or kabitan nyo ng manual thermostat

      pero kung tatanggalin ko ung power supply ng coil, madi-disengage ba ung clutch nun sir? another question: reason ba ung walang cut-off clutch para mabilis maubos ung refrigerant?

      Hugutin yung magnetic clutch relay or hugutin yung fuse ng AC or tangalin yung wire connector dun sa compressor... Pagmabilis maubos refrigerant may leak yung AC system mo

      @danyboi Normal pala yan na always naka engaged kapag Variable Displacement Compressor VDC ang gamit ng sasakyan, usually mga European car ganyan eh. Ganyan di sa Kia Rio 2013 ko akala ko may problema sa sensor...hehehe

      I connect it to the wire of cigarette lighter and connect with 10amp fuse

      What I mean is that it can supply only the power and gound for temperature controller.... Cigarette lighter wiring will turn only when yung put your key to the on position

    hello sir. may nagalaw ung mekaniko ko. ung socket na connected sa compressor is nabiak pag tanggal nya kanina. so parang kinabit nya lng using electrical tape. maari ba na un ang dahilan bat sa laging naka engage ung clutch?

      WAla pong problema kung Kinabit Tapos electrical tape Pagkatpos Marame pong dahilan jn isa na jnb
      madumi yung evaporator, sirang thermistor WAla n sa specs,kulang sa Freon... Etc...

      Mr. yabe before ginalaw ng mekaniko okay nman ang trip off at trip on. pinagalaw ko lang ung magnetic assy kasi pag mainit na mkina d na nag eengage ung clutch, pero pag tumatakbo na ay okay na okay na ulit ang aircon. after nya magalaw is palagi na naka-onn ung clutch. sabi nya "baka" sensor.

      It is located at evapoRator chamberif your car is hyundai elantra and left hand drive it is located at passenger side below glowbox you can see it there

    Sir ung chevy sparks ko nagdadag ako ng fan pero nagiinit parin ung high pressure nya. Ung compressor ko on and off sya. Ung rpm ko taas baba din tpus patay makina.. Sana matulungan nyo ako sir..

    Hi Mr. Yabe. Ganyan din problem ko s compressor laging engaged ang clutch. Pero check ako ng thermostat sensor nya at ito naman ay working din. Ang napansin ko lang ay High side ko ay laging nasa 170 to 180psi pero ang low side ay lagi lang din nasa 45 to 50psi. Baka matulungan m naman ako Kung anong problema? By the way pag nag revolution ako si low side naman ay bumababa hangang 30psi tapos akyat kagad uli s 45 to 50psi. Pero c High side hindi man lang umakyat pressure... hindi kaya loose compression n ako compressor ko? Bagong palit n rin ang mga expansion valve ko...Salamat ng marami.

      Marami kasing factor nakaka apekto jan ...gaya ng hindi pag angat ng high side pressure pwedeng compressor yan mahina na or barado sa linya or mahina yung cooling fan etc...yang lageng naka engage pwedeng kulang freon or maduming evaporator etc...

      The real problem is the evaporator thermistor causing the compressor not cycling on and off it will always on.... the customer didnt have money to buy new one so i decided to put cheaper module....

      @@Mryabe Sir,I own Hyundai i20 and I'm having an issue.The issue is that after driving for some time,ice forms on evaporator and it freezes.It will stop airflow coming through vents.This occurs due to compressor not turning off.I've replaced the thermistor but still the issue not resolved.What to do?

      Pls confrim if the blower motor is working..if it is working it could be a bad expansion valve (txv) or a clogged evapoRator..... a continuos compressor engage will not cause ice in a ac sytem ...a bad thermistor can cause compressor always on ...check component before you replace it

      Malaki po epekto ng Mainit n panahon sa AC system sir kapag Mainit Mas matagal napapalamig yung loob ng kotse Kaya matagal Mag shut off or Mag dis engage ang compressor

      Maraming dahilan po kasi sir ,kulang sa freon (refrigerant) etc...pero madalas jan yung madumi evaporator kasi kung madumi evaporator matAgal o di maabot ng thermistor yung trabaho nya which is kpag malamig na eh magsshut off n compressor ....dumudumi yung kabilang side ng compressor yng thermistor nasa oposite side ..kasi kung madumi yun at bubuga yung blower di maachieve ng thermistor yung tamang lamig para mapashut off yung compressor kasi madumi

      Check relay . Mine was stuck and keeping my compressor on all the time
