Oh no! This year I found out my 8-ish year old cat has cardiac arrhythmia. He also needed most of his teeth removed. $4000 later, he was able to get his dental surgery with a veterinarian dentist who could operate under cardiac safe protocols. He is now doing pretty well with his 11 teeth he has left. Lots of love to you and Jarvis.
Oh I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty!! I'm so glad he's doing alright now though❤ And that is so encouraging to hear that he's doing well after having so many teeth removed. We were very concerned about the trauma to his body of having teeth removed, but hearing that your kitty is doing well is a relief
@theblackandwhitebrigade2521 He was pitiful for a couple of days and refused to eat anything other than Churus, but he is actually doing better now eating with fewer teeth. I guess the others were painful when he tried to chew anything. He lost weight after surgery, but he is back to normal now. I bet Jarvis will get a new lease on life once his teeth are fixed. Also, I sent a couple of bucks to Jarvis' Medical Fund to help him get that new lease on life. It has done such wonders for my boy!
Look around for a pet pantry. There's one here in Lancaster they help with the cost of things like this. They helped me greatly over the years with my cats including one that was diabetic. Feel better soon little man
Juat whent through this with my fluffy she was born when i was 11 inbwtween my legs the odd one out deaf... the uti is easy fix arthrits was an easy fix though terrfiying but the dental was 1500 got 3 teeth removed and wanted to clear her gingervitis only to get the bloods back for kidney diseases for how long she had it idk youd never get a blood teat out of her willingly. i spent months saving up for it. She was so mad after but could eat better but some reason her liver started to fail aswell only 2 months later and the signs were ther it was bad... i had to put her down in November just making 19. theres not much you could do at that point. Everyone fell in love as soon as they met her she was extremely rare and one of a kind beautiful. I have a couple videos if youd like to see ❤

He's in good spirits but we found out he also has stage 2 or 3 kidney disease🙁 We already paid for the vet visit, the blood panel, and the urinalysis. We scheduled the tooth extractions for January 16th (they can't see him sooner) but haven't paid for it yet obviously. We also bought kidney supplements to try to reverse the disease
