    Nice. Note: you don't need a phone signal with Beeline if your destinations are saved as favorites or routes. E.g. AirDrop a GPX to your iPhone, open it within the Beeline app and save it - then you only need Bluetooth to load and run it in a location where you have no phone reception, or you lose the signal en route.

    Great equipment choice, I would personally go with SW Motech Nylon Bags on the sides instead of the Aluminum Givis. That is when I get my Rally Explorer

      I Have the SW-Motech side cases for when I ride off pavement days. They both have advantages and disadvantages depending weather you ride on or off road.

    Great video. I've been interested in something for the windscreen (like you'd i'd prefer it down, though Triumph did a good job with it providing decent coverage when all the way up) and i'd pretty much decided on the newer version of the SW Motech tail bag you have, this just helped nudge me along towards that. Well done!

      Thank you! The new tail bag just has more Aero shaped ends but same capacity. You will love it. They are way better than a metal top box.

    In the other reviews, the brake reservoir impact the bags when the steering is moved to the full extent.

    Loved your video. It's a good testimonial for SW Motec. That's a GOOD thing! I have the same bike and had questions about the brand. A serious question though, with everything plugged in, have you had charging issues?

    • @ttrguy9952
      @ttrguy9952  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you very much!
      I think I know your question. I only charge items when the bike is running. As a matter of fact, when the master ignition switch is in the "OFF" position the bike is dead. Speaking of that switch, make sure to turn it off if the bike is not running. If you forget the battery is stone cold dead in 2 days. Yes nothing compares to SW-Motech. Best stuff on the planet!
      Ride SAFE and BE safe!
      Peace.

    Thanks for the video. Ive been waiting for someone to put out a video on a tank bag and wind screen upgrade. I have the Tiger Rally Eplorer, thanks my brother for the info. Also can you let me know if they have a after market tank protector im not a fan of the O E M one.

      Thank you!
      The factory rubber one leaves black marks on everything that touches it. I had it on my last Tiger and hated it for that. With the new seating position I am not touching the tank at all so I may not even put one on. I would look for one that is made of the same material as the ones for sport bikes. Let me know if you find a good one.
      Cheers! 👍

    How many amps can that rear din receptacle handle? Also wonder what the stator can output.

    • @ttrguy9952
      @ttrguy9952  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The din receptacles are rated at 1.5 amps. More than adequate for USB charging and small appliances. The Stator is non existent. Bike has an alternator.

    I think I will go with a new windscreen from Givi and if that is not tall enough then add that MRA. Did you have to add anything else or does that come as one unit? For the bag at the back do you have to add the rack?

    • @ttrguy9952
      @ttrguy9952  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No the Top Bag from SW-Motech will strap to anything. The rack works best though. Don't know why you would want a taller windshield?? With my MRA deflector you can adjust it any way you like. I ride with my stock screen all the way down and the wind from the deflector directs the air about 24 inches over my helmet. Why look through plastic?

    • @mikemills5144
      @mikemills5144 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @TTRGuy I don't like to look through the windshield, usually like it just below the nose. This one in the high position is still well below my chin and it is much narrower than the previous generation screen, I get a tonne of buffeting. The best result for me was having the screen between 1/3 and 1/2 way up but that still caused a lot of buffeting.
      Thanks for your reply.

    • @ttrguy9952
      @ttrguy9952  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! The SW-Motech top case is lighter, expandable and bigger than the aluminum top cases. I can fit 2 helmets in it without even expanding it. I am getting rid of the aluminum side cases as well and putting the semi rigid SW-Motech cases on instead. Soft luggage is safer off road.
