Indeed.... Doctors that have critical thinking ability are exactly what we need...
Don't worry in new York you can't be punished, imprisoned, or killed for speaking freely.
Doctors like Dr. Li Wenliang are celebrated and awarded for speaking up, and raising awareness.
      Not silenced or punished.

@Ncyim hopefully some recent actions being taken around the world will help.
The unnamed party can no longer convince the world that its a developmental State actor and is not the governing body itself.
And as the governing body it cannot prove in anyway to adhere to U.N. article 21. And that whole charade would end
Let us pray for the people who will have to stand up.

Every January, Bill Gates sets out his vision for a better world and the role the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation can play in achieving this in an annual letter to us all. With assets of $43.5 billion, the foundation is the largest charitable foundation in the world. It is arguably the most influential actor on issues of global health and agriculture, and distributes more aid for global health than any government.
Gated Development demonstrates that the trend to involve business in addressing poverty and inequality is central to the priorities and funding of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. We argue that this is far from a neutral charitable strategy but instead an ideological commitment to promote neoliberal economic policies and corporate globalisation. Big business is directly benefitting, in particular in the fields of agriculture and health, as a result of the foundation’s activities, despite evidence to show that business solutions are not the most effective.
Perhaps what is most striking about the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is that despite its aggressive corporate strategy and extraordinary influence across governments, academics and the media, there is an absence of critical voices. Global Justice Now is concerned that the foundation’s influence is so pervasive that many actors in international development, which would otherwise critique the policy and practice of the foundation, are unable to speak out independently as a result of its funding and patronage.
Vent is not a cure but doctors like this want to learn more and know that it’s a team work not fight and it’s all about demanding the president and when he accomplishes the impossible globa models want to blame for what they won’t admit failure

This man is the hero of covid in my opinion. Hospitals were still moving to early intubation a week ago, so many lives lost potentially as a direct result of over ventilation. Well intentioned but so catastrophically misguided. This man has saved more lives by speaking out than anything. 80-85% death rate of ventilated pts in nyc...my hospital has only discharged 2 pts who survived the vent. It is devastating to comprehend how many deaths could’ve been prevented. Rips your heart out. Ive seen a lot of things in healthcare that boggle the mind, but nothing this inexcusable. How could we have gotten this SO wrong?! And they discouraged the use of steroids (mainstay in resp illnesses), nebulizers, non invasive hiflow alternatives, even early o2 support!! They were basically letting them desat BEFORE applying basic nasal o2...then ppl panic, can’t recover their breath and got intubated, never to be heard from again. They were doing the exact opposite of what we do year round to help ppl breathe and avoid ventilation...and with all these vent pts dying for a month before this hero spoke up...followed anonymously by tons of others. How could our experts be so wrong and then take so long to react. The fear of losing our licenses and our livelihood is like a muzzle. But I would’ve hoped something this egregious would be an obvious exception. It’s a terrifying realization.

Of course some things you learn thanks to Naturopathics doctors can be useful if you didn't apply them before but a lot of things they're teaching in this "kinda science" are unrelated.

The training you get as a physician is exactly for this reason: to use your abilities and knowledge in order to provide the best therapeutic options. He is doing that as a result of being in the position where he could see a greater part of the trajectory these patients are following. If the other physicians had the same opportunity and training, they would be doing the same thing - and then communicating it just as this doctor is. It always starts out verbally and then may end up as a publication. One of the things that prevents this natural progress is aggressive and thoughtless criticism. There is no fault error on anyone, and kudos to this doctor behaving as an ideal physician, including communicating and collaborating. I have tremendous respect for him. This is how the best trained physicians behave.

He also has integrity and courage. These are character traits - not medical training. The dogmatic protocols are deplorable when they are seen to fail. This is why hospital administering, who are governed by financial incentives, and not what is best for the patient. I heard that each Medicare patient is worth $13,000 and each Medicare patient on a ventilator is worth another $39,000. So if on Medicare, I would be real careful of any standard of care BS protocol they might want to use on me. It is financially beneficial to have a Medicare patient die as soon as possible once they are in a CCU unit. This clears the way for another Medicare patient to enter the CCU unit and have the same outcome. This is despicable.

Paul Escamilla - Obviously not. I have been watching these doctors webinars on line. They are having great success in keeping their patients alive with their new protocols. These doctors in the webinar have more join each time - even from Italy. They are all trying new protocols on their own - using CPAP machines. The only problem with CPAP is that it produces a lot of aerosol in the room and is a safety concern for the medical personnel (if it were a contagious virus - only on TV). Dr. Cameron puts a plastic bag around the patient’s head. All must dress in bio-hazard gear and they don’t have enough, so wear the same one in all the rooms since it is a CV unit now. The Italians were using helmet CPAPS, but ran out of them. They really kept the aerosol from the patient to zero. They need negative pressure rooms, whatever that means. I need to look this one up but I keep forgetting to do so. The germ theory is still a theory. So-called medical science has NEVER EVER isolate a natural pathogenic human virus. IT is still a theory because it is a lucrative theory. They have never been able to satisfy Koch’s four postulates so it could become fact. Since they have never isolated (they use the trick word purified now) this invisible virus - they are unable to measure it and see what is inside of it. Our bodies make viruses and we are composed of more bacteria than human cells. Their are plenty of published papers on the fact that our bodies make viruses, which most scientist now call exosomes. They are solvents to help clean up our toxic loaded selves. Do you honestly think a doctor with the integrity of Doc Cameron would keep using a new protocol if his patients were dying? This doc went out on a limb. He created his own video on you tube begging for a round table with other doctors. You should watch it. Look up New York doctor needs help.

This is something most ICU doctors now know and have been altering their strategies accordingly over the last month or two. This interview was used as the basis for an article in The Daily Mail that essentially said ‘ventilators are killing patients’ which is not only wrong, but is likely to worsen the anxiety of families whose loved ones need to be placed on a ventilator.

Then CPAP with or without self proning. If both those fail or the patients work of breathing is too high then you have to intubate and ventilate. At this point you need to decide which phenotype of the disease you are looking at and choose your ventilator settings accordingly. The point is that some of these patients will require ventilation regardless of what you try beforehand. To say "ventilators are killing people" is misleading at best.

These patients have perfect B/P, heart rate and pulse and a rather low breathing rate considering they don’t have but about 70 blood oxygen sats, and normal is 97. These patients can talk and are completely conscious and know what is going on - until they vent them. They fight the ventilator because they are able to breathe on their own, just not enough oxygen being exchanged in the lungs. The last webinar I watched - they now realize something is wrong with their hemoglobin’s ability to carry oxygen or their is a problem with the oxygen bonding with the hemoglobin. They also present with vomiting and diarrhea, with is very strange for a COLD virus. This is not a flu virus. Sure sounds like it could be non-ionizing (5G) radiation poisoning to me. Somehow these patients got a huge dose or a moderate one over a longer period of time. It is not a virus. They do not have symptoms of high altitude sickness and hemoglobin problems or GI disturbances.

I left this comment on another video - this virus has GOT to be a disease of the endothelial lining of the blood vessels and lungs. It explains the extreme impact on diabetics and the obese (whose endothelial linings are clogged with lipids), what the Dr. explains about people talking and breathing with low blood O2 (while their lungs are not filled with fluid as in the case of a typical pneumonia, oxygen is unable to pass easily from the lungs into the bloodstream), as well as the low success rate of ventilation, which would overpressurize the lungs.
    - These patients need passive oxygenation and high doses of intravenous vitamin C to protect their endothelium. The idea of established best practices is understandable, but when the success rate is so low, we need some common sense.

    •  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @Iron John
ACE2 is greatly-expressed in those tissues. Even without considering CSS or immune recruitment, I wonder if the virus ravaged those tissues and then plasma just leaks out mechanically and osmotically. And the as the body tries to heal itself, the alveoli get microscopically non-uniformly thicker.
It could be at that point that too many alveoli are simply too damaged to continue perfusing properly, and the barotrauma from high PEEP mechanical ventilation doesn't improve prognosis.
PAP or VV ECMO at that point, or stop the decomp prophylactically earlier with TMPRSS2 and ACE2 inhibitors (camostat, maybe e64d, Fulvestrant), convalescent plasma, vitamin c and anticoagulants.
The silent hypoxemia is still a mystery.

There's something seriously wrong with this pandemic. Seems like someone is deliberatly messing around with it at different and specific places around the world. As if these specific places or cities are being targeted (or some other hidden factors or actors are at play there). Apart from these places where this desease (supposedly one and the same virus everywhere) is wrecking havoc, at many many other places there's nothing extraordinary happening, not even the numbers are higher than the usual flu. Is someone deliberatly targeting these places with something other than this corona virus especially in the midst of the already created panic? Why there are so many reports that talk about unusual symptoms while other reports say it's business as usual? Things just don't add up and that's why many started to smell a rat.
And where did 9/11 happen after all? That's right - New York. From ground zero to patient zero.

Wake up world. It is an "entirely new technology" so therefore, "an entirely new disease" its called LACK OF OXYGEN. the 5G 60 ghz vibrates the cells in the lungs so the hemoglobin cant take up the oxygen...they were deliberately given the wrong protocol. Vit C has oxygen in it. Dr Richard Chang in Wuhan is curing people with 24,000 iv drip of Vit c. This fall, America is flipping the 5G switch and THEN THE BODIES WILL COME, especially all the children in schools, then mom and dad will BEG FOR MANDATORY VACCINES AND THEN the real pandemic will come. • @theway5563

Mike Dunigan - Of course, you could never consider that you have been fooled and are wrong. I think Mark Twain said, It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. I rather like the word hoodwinked better, don’t you? Do you know what a miracle it is that our bodies are doing as well as they are with all of the frequencies it is bombarded with. They are everywhere and they are killing birds, insects - no name it. We are electrical beings and our metabolic activities produce frequencies. Especially anything spinning. Doctors are now discovering that oxygen is not remaining bonded with the hemoglobin. Perhaps one of the new frequency spectrums resonates with the oxygen or the hemoglobin portion of hemoglobin. Some doctors (I watch their round table live stream webinars now) are convinced this isn’t a virus because they have never treated a virus that gave the patient the bends or high altitude sickness. These patients vitals are fine and they are coherent and can speak in sentences - they just don’t have enough oxygen exchange in the lungs. The gal that tried to express this just didn’t know the right way to describe it. I could be that some people got a huge dose of non-ionizing radiation for a good period of time because these patients also present with GI disturbances, such as vomiting and diarrhea. Btw - the test for CV is total crap. It is a PCR test and the very man that invented this amplification method said it should never be used for diagnosis. I do not believe it has been approved by the fraudulent FDA as a diagnostic test. The same is true for the Lyme disease test. A stupid PCR western blot test. The CDC even knows it should never be used for diagnostic purposes. The PCR amplification method was created, as I remember, for lung cancer patients. It is also the test they used for HIV. Total garbage. It also takes a lab technician to determine the results visually. You could send a test to five different labs and get 5 different results. It depends on someone’s EYEBALLS to read the smeary lines. Sort of like palm reading.

Several weeks ago I went to the emergency room because I could not catch my breath. However, I was not passing out, could speak clearly and the rest of my body was actually fine. I was gasping, trying to breath, was frightened because my breathing was so short - not shallow, but yes, like I was suddenly in a high altitude, which I recognized because I have lived in places like that. They tested me for oxygen and came back saying my oxygen levels were fine and I had no other symptoms whatsoever for the virus. My breathing had actually returned to normal by this time and I was sent home with my test results which showed, again, nothing wrong with me. I can't help wondering about that. My breathing is completely back to normal. However, another idea came to me: I had a horrible flu back in the early fall, before the virus was supposed to come to the U.S. I felt like I was drowning in my coughing spells. I can't help wondering if I didn't have the virus early. I recovered after a few weeks, but still have a slight dry cough from it and then this incident with my breathing. Something is definitely "off" and maybe this doctor has nailed it.

Hi...I pray you heal fully! Keep positive. What you are going through is scary, I fully sympathize with you, and everyone else dealing with health problems and the declining economic situation. I agree with the Doctor in this video, he'll probably help save lives.
I experienced a very similar scenario as you.
I'm a senior, with other health problems. I was very sick with what I thought was the flu for 6 weeks last Nov/Dec. I had an exorbitant amount of mucus, wet and dry cough depending on the time of day and fluids consumed. I had to sleep upright, and eventually stayed up at night so my family could sleep. I slept in the day while they were up and could keep an eye on me...I was so sick, so exhausted...I felt like I was gonna croke any minute.
In Nov I went to clinic, they said it was just a virus, sent me home. Then one morning while I was napping, I woke in a panic... I couldn't breath. It felt like my lungs were stiff, not moving much, and I could barely even breath in a small breath. I could walk, freak out, and talk in short spurts... and yet I felt like I was literally being smothered to death, I used my inhaler...nothing.
My family was gonna call an ambulance, but drove me to the Hospital- it was faster. (A few min away). After EKG and chest xray, and nebulizer... I was released. The Doctor said it was just a virus. I was still sick till after Christmas.
Then comes mid-March 2020. Sick for 4 weeks. Difficult to breathe, tons of mucus, cough, lungs hurt, tired, afraid to sleep while no one was up...crazy. This time I also experienced 2 major full cranial headaches. I went to ER. They Tested everything, including flu and covid.
I was dehydrated, but lungs were clear, not the flu and I had no fever and not enough symptoms to be covid.
Doctor said it was probably just a virus. (Doctors gave me prednisone for 10 days) 5 days later, I received covid results- negative, thank God.
Then last week I got an earache in the left ear, along with a headache, sore throat, stiff neck and shoulder. It was becoming extremely painful and wasn't improving, so back to the clinic. The Doctor said a severe ear infection, gave me antibiotics 500mg x 2 twice a day.
Still on em. Boy, am I sick of being sick. And I've been at home for the most part since last Nov. From a virus. I think whatever is going around has mutated from other Coronavirus' over the past 20 years. It'll keep coming back in some form.
Still, we have to keep moving forward. Help our family's and friends. Get back to work wherever we can.
I pray things get better for everyone soon, all over the World, but sadly that probably won't be the case.
And as a Nation, we need to come together and rise to the situation. We all can contribute to a better future.
Americans always rise to a challenge, let's rise together and get it done.

What that crook of a dr working for the White House everyone is going off of what only he has to say not getting more opinions. Plus common sense your saying make sure you keep wearing your mask. Think about it what do we all breath in and what do we all breath out ? ?? So what are we and our children breathing rt back in.. Cause we are the ones allowing the Democrats to make us put masks on our children. what are we breathing back in.! !! "Carbon dioxide " !!!!! Also it lowers our oxygen level when we are wearing the masks. N yet we all keep putting it back on and putting it on our children. If you dont believe me look it up. Dont go off what I'm saying look it up. Before you say something rude back just look up. what I'm saying. We are basically poisoning our children. Cause we our allowing this. Common sense if you stay in doors and wear masks your not allowing your immune system to open up to other germs that our out there. So when we finally all wait till the government is done playing us like pawns in there game we will all end up getting sick again because we aren't building up our immune systems to little things everyday. That's just facts I'm not making that up. It always has been proven wearing a mask doesn't keep you from getting sick.... they even said this for months at the beginning wearing a mask wont protect you. So in my mind why wear the mask. Your only hurting urself more and exposing urself and your children to other things. I mean its just common sense. It's not healthy for us to wear these maks all the time.
