Interesting Underwater Optical Illusion Recorded with IPhone 13 Pro and Demonstrated with 3D Models

While swimming in a swimming pool I came across an interesting naturally occurring optical illusion. I decided to record the illusion with my Iphone 13 Pro. I then created two 3D models to demonstrate what I was seeing. I present the results as a puzzle. The puzzle is solved at the end.
