Base coating bear birdbath

Simple application of base coat using spray bottle. Use a quality wide mouth spray bottle and shake well prior to use.
Hose down concrete prior to application. This allows tor the paint to seep into concrete as it is porous and it will soak it up like a sponge and it will provide great adhesion for next application.
