Although my personal favourite periods in MJ's career is 1983 (Thriller and Bad) - 1992 (Dangerous) and 2001 (Invincible), his best years in terms of songs are defo Off the Wall from '79 and Thriller. Just something bout the vibe.
Quincy Jones: RIP Such an amazingly talented musical genius, who’s music was loved all over the world (and especially in my home country England). This fantastic & timeless song perfectly represents your genius, which will live on for an eternity. Thanks for the memories 💙
Fun fact: Written by Steve Porcaro, better known as one of the Porcaro brothers that formed the big 80s rock band Toto. Incredibly musical family. In an interview he said it was inspired by his little daughter coming home from school upset because a boy said something mean to her. She asked him "why would he do that?" and he replied "human nature". Then he sat down and wrote this musical masterpiece.

@@solferreira4702 It was very easy to attack M. Jackson. His love for fans is genuine, so it can't grow into hate, and highly responsive when called into action for Michaels' mission. 🌳
MJ is often praised for his dancing and performing but I don’t think he always gets the credit he deserves for his vocals. He was a very talented singer!
Nuance. Between the script of the video and the vocals, Michael was expert at portraying himself as the aching stud ... who finds the girl who understands the problem just in time. It's a sure-fire bit if you've got it going on.
There are those who helped Michael as well! ( I.E. Jeff pecaro, Steve Pecaro, and Steve Lukather wrote and played the music, quicy Jones had the lyrics rewritten and Michael only Sang the song. Give credit to everyone 👏 Not only Michael! Lots of people made this happen and Michael was lucky to sing on it! Just sayin

Song written by Steve Porcaro of Toto. He plays keyboards, synth and fellow Toto bandmates David Paich, Jeff Porcaro and Steve Lukather contribute also. Basically, this is a Toto song with Michael singing lead.

I have been following the anthology of Michael Jackson since he went solo in 1979. I knew of the Jackson Five and the tremendous talent, but Michael's music crossed all barriers. It allowed many people to prepare for the 1980s because we all knew Michael had yet to hit his peak. Thriller was just a few years away and would redefine music videos. On July 3, 1983 , I heard Human Nature in the car heading to a party. It was phenomenal, and I couldn't wait to buy the single.I went to several record stores, but they were sold out. It was several weeks before I got my copy but it was worth it. This song has always given me a euphoric high every time it is played. The level of intensity is just as great in 2023 as it was in 1983. Let that sink in, still going strong 40 years after it was first played. May 2024 bring you peace, love, prosperity, and happiness. Find peace within yourself and may it be infectious to the world.

"Human Nature" Looking out Across the night-time The city winks a sleepless eye Hear her voice Shake my window Sweet seducing sighs Get me out Into the night-time Four walls won't hold me tonight If this town Is just an apple Then let me take a bite If they say, "Why? Why?" Tell 'em that is human nature Why, why does he do it that way? If they say, "Why? Why?" Tell 'em that is human nature Why, why does he do it that way? Reaching out To touch a stranger Electric eyes are everywhere See that girl She knows I'm watching She likes the way I stare If they say, "Why? Why?" Just tell 'em that is human nature Why, why does he do it that way? If they say, "Why? Why?" (Do you really like me to be around?) Tell 'em that is human nature Why, why does he do it that way? I like livin' this way I like lovin' this way That way (The way it was.) That way (The way it was.) This song sounds inspirational, peaceful, and a tad bit sad. Not a mourning sadness but a sadness where you remember all the times where you had fun with family or childhood friends, and you want to go back to that moment
Nostalgia .

To me it feels like feeling the extacy of being anonymous, young and autonomous in a big city. And lots of women being attracted to you ('electric eyes are everywhere').
Exactly that, reminds me of my happy childhood when we didn’t have family feuds and everyone was still here with us. I miss it so much.

Ayyy michael Jackson for life

I just think that he made this song for his haters, asking them, to stop this accusing... In the video when Michael Jackson was preparing himself for This Is It, he says "This Is It, this is... this is the... final curtain call, ok? bye... then..." In one of is documentary, he says like "Don't forget me and remember, don't accuse me, cause i'm innocent, see you tomorrow!! ok?" and when he goes to bed, he says Dr. Murray; "Just let me sleep, i don't want nothing at all, just, put me to sleep, ok?
In that case, his doctor put an anastesia in his hand... and then...
TG: Sounds that Michael Jackson died for an anastesia called Propofol, which make people sleep and that medicine should be outlaw for other patients!!
remember, he was accused for children pedofilia when he goes to bed, he later decleared that he goes to bed with his little lovers because he likes their innocence... 😓😓😥😥😓😓 STOP HATING MICHAEL JACKSON PLEASE!! He's my 2nd favorite, while Hatsune Miku is at 1st place!! 😃😃😄😄🤗🤗
21/02/2021 - Comment Updates:
I think MJ thought to be accused again for children pedophilia, while being on stage...
The day he started rehearsing for "This Is It", he may thought "Will i be accused again, because they wouldn't believe me ? All the things you thought are not true! I'm innocent and i went to bed with my children, because I like their innocence... I don't want to end their lives" I thought that thing in those days... 😔😔😥😥😔😔
Forever in the heart of his fans.
I played this song while staring at the night sky, it was cloudy and there wasn’t a single star in sight. Suddenly, one appeared and shined in the sky. I just had this feeling that it was Michael saying hello.

I love those shimmering synth bits. I wish Michael had worked with synth pop artists like Depeche Mode, they would've produced magic working together.

"Human Nature"
Looking out
Across the night-time
The city winks a sleepless eye
Hear her voice
Shake my window
Sweet seducing sighs
Get me out
Into the night-time
Four walls won't hold me tonight
If this town
Is just an apple
Then let me take a bite
If they say, "Why? Why?"
Tell 'em that is human nature
Why, why does he do it that way?
If they say, "Why? Why?"
Tell 'em that is human nature
Why, why does he do it that way?
Reaching out
To touch a stranger
Electric eyes are everywhere
See that girl
She knows I'm watching
She likes the way I stare
If they say, "Why? Why?"
Just tell 'em that is human nature
Why, why does he do it that way?
