Thanks. I guess that’s the point that not every video is for everyone and I get that. I just like being honest and doing what I want to do. I started losing sight of that and felt pressure to put out specific content that I knew would be popular. But honestly as long as my regulars come in and comment I don’t care if a video gets 100 views or 100k views, as long as I enjoyed the content and making it.
Your car sounds super nice now. I love the sound of your car during cold start, I love the sound your car while it's idling, and your car sounds nice and healthy. However I think that you can get a better time if you go with a different tuner. I have a stock 2019 Sublime green automatic Challenger and my best quarter mile time what is a 11.9 and the zero to 60 was 3.9 seconds. The only thing I have on the car is Michelin 275x40x20 pilot sport 4s summer tires and am using manufacturer recommended tire pressure at 32 psi on all four corners. The rims are the ones that came with the vehicle which are the 20x9. Other than that my vehicle is completely bone stock. And the temperature at the time was 85° and here in Chicago it's very humid out during the Summers. I know that 2019 Challengers are the first year to come with the Hellcat hoods stock. Those are the same hoods from the 2015 through the 2018 hellcats. I know for a fact if you used a better tuner you could get your times way better just using summer Tires. I know a guy who use drag radials on his stock 2018 scatpack and tore one of his rear axles to pieces. Just a warning about using drag radials on these cars. I wouldn't use them because like you were saying about your transmission before you can blow up your transmission, break that skinny driveshaft in our cars, and really mess up the rear differential. But to sum it up get a better tuner even if you have to drive 100 miles away. There are not a lot of shops that can actually tune these cars the way they should be tuned, they will claim that they can tune these cars but in all actuality they can end up doing more bad than good. Talk to people and make some phone calls about who a good reliable tuner is around where you live in Texas. But your car sounds beautiful especially with that cam in there

Nice. Best 60ft I was able to grab before the latest changes was a 1.64 on the HP70. 11.1 is pretty good though. Best I was able is a 7.2 1/8th. Very respectable. Can't wait to get mine done and on the tr4ck to compare numbers.

Sad thing is a 19 a10 mustang on a tire, e85 and exhaust with a tune will bump 10s...11.8s stock...I wish I had gotten my 1320 I ordered instead ( just took 5 months to come in ) because I hate Ford after TSB7718 but no denying insane fast for little money spent...while they last lol
@@bluecollardaily2676 I understand all of that and I also had to take those hits as they came. The mustangs with a few simple mods the RS Focus same thing a few mods and bam 10s all day long. But I'm a mopar guy and I understand what I'm trying to get there wiith.. Its not cheap to get where you want to be but it is possible. Personally when I see a modern day charger running anywhere near tens I have way more respect for that ( HEAVY ) Car that has gotten there than I do the mustang that's doing the same.. Dont give up keep plugging away at it and when your there and looking back dont be surprised when you cant whipe that little grin of of your face.. Mopar or no car my brother !
There is something satisfying about going fast in a big heavy car. I had a 11 mustang GT when they first came out with the coyote. I’m a mustang fan. But I have kids. So regardless of how fast one of these light 2 door cars is. I can’t enjoy it the same way if I can’t roll with my family. I’m 6’3” so I’m not small enough to live with one of those small cars. More power to anyone else though. Clearly a heavy 4dr mopar is by far not the cheapest way to go fast. Hell the setup in my wife’s car would be quicker. Or even a scat that’s not as highly optioned and lighter.
@@DadMods yea I had a 1320 ordered and planned to just drop and D1x on it slow, tune myself already had the can bypass because I'm tall and fat..BUT it just kept not coming in....and then my daughter loves Mustangs ( has 2016) so it's a bonding thing..for instance im getting a drag pack she gets my wheels we both get something ect....I also thought I had to have the A10 and it's been a nightmare with Ford dropping a service bulletin that completely turns their back on us....first Ford ever and last...its beautiful and its FAST..but Ford as a company were horrible dropping tsb7718

My daughter is a mopar girl who is on her second srt8 challenger that's heavily molded because she is second in command at speedlogix. I'm on the fence as we speak in deciding what to by mtself. Its between putting twenty down on a hellcat so I can afford it or buying the scatpak charger and putting twenty into it. My daughter says get the scatpak and build it but I'm still stuck on I want a hellcat. Every fourth of July I buy something new so I'll keep ya posted. Lmao @tall and fat..

Thats great MPH! On my G8 i ran a 10.6 at around 128-129 with drag radials and it was around 700hp aswell! Your Charger can easily run mid to low 10s with the drag radials!

1/4 tank of gas and he'll probably blow it up before the pass is over.. the tanks dont pick up gas well that low under hard acceleration.. ive watched the wide ban go super lean one a few.. 1/3 is the min i ever tell people to run
@@OMGITSMRMACK i guess it just depends on the vehicle. I would always run my truck with a 1/4 tank and it would never lean out. Eyes were always on that AFR gauge since i was on nitrous.
You should look into Torco professional grade octane booster. That and 93 car can run more timing. I ran into instances where the 93 octane gas was poor. $23 a can. Buy online.
I always hand wash my Charger, I took it through a car wash once because my wife bought me one. I cringed every time that thing touched my car. I don't like em'. Nice video btw and I love your variety of content.

Yeah probably about that. I'd guess 10.5-10.6 unless it was like some amazing negative DA. The car just needs more power. lol Id like to be able to easily run 10s on these tires, it just needs a bit more power and i'm there. Then 9s on drag radials would be cool. But I'm not getting a cage so... not really sure

Good progression through the night. Have your tuner lean it out a little more. 10.3 -10.6 is pretty rich. Try to get it up around 11.5, and she will pick up big time

I think I’ve done like 175 but it gets scary. It doesn’t pull all that hard at those speeds. But then again that was before the 426. But still you need a very unique set of circumstances to be able to go top speed and I don’t know how to make that happen I’d need to find a road and everything. With that kinda stuff it’s easy to get yourself killed if you aren’t careful. Or someone else. But if you want to start modding you have to really decide what it is you want. Do you want it to go faster? Look better? Sound cooler? Probably all of those. Best thing that can transform a car Is just an exhaust and tint. You make it loud and look clean almost anything is cool.
new to your channel.. few questions for you. is it illegal to film yourself while you drive on the streets where you live? and would it be cheaper to buy a hellcat compared to your setup? i think stock hellcat is little bit faster than your car... i have 6.1 L srt8 .. it's probably a mid 13 at best lol
I think there is a bunch more power to be made with your setup, E85 Tune & Radials your deep in the 10's, its running good & congrats on the 1st outing. I think the trans can handle more than you think, axles will break before the Trans!

We had a 2004 heli ram running 11.20’s in 2005. 370 stroker with 200 shot of nitrous. I’m sure you car being lighter and more power can muster a 10.9 on slicks

I'm just curious, when I had mine at 760rwhp with the d1 at 14# I was making 10.2-10.4 passes all day trapping between 132-135ish if I remember correctly. Continental DWS06 I might have the letters wrong but it’s an all season. I mention it in the video. They aren’t even summer tires. It rains a lot here in Houston so I need all seasons for my daily setup.

I'd love to see some of the behind the scenes for first timers going to the track. Like what the tech check is and what to do between the runs, when do you know its time to go. That sort of thing.
Ehh you can just go and figure it out. Don’t be intimidated. To tech the car it’s simple as long as it’s kept the factory battery tie down and such. Some tracks are more strict but this one isn’t very strict at all. They call each lane when it’s time and you just creep up till it’s your turn. I’m some of the fast forward scenes in the video you can see some of it.

I looked stupid the first time at this track because the way the tree worked was a little odd but after that time I didn’t make the mistakes again. It’s all just about having fun we are all car people. If you were out here in H town I’d go with you... lol
Terry Graham I should make a how-to video. I’ve been going to the track since I was in high school so I’m used to it. But even my wife is afraid to race for the same reasons. But it’s really not complicated. The main thing is not crashing or getting crashed into. Anything else the worst that happens is you look like an idiot. Which happens all the damn time even to experienced racers sometimes trip the beam or do something stupid.

I think every tenth in the 60 ft is 2 tenths in the quarter . Your car will easily go a 1.5 in the 60 ft so that is 2 tenths more which will equal 4 tenths in the quarter. Im thinking at least 10.70 at worst !! . AMAZING !!
Pretty good times for street tires! Little concerned about the trap speed though. Was expecting 130+mph. With that said, boosted cars typically gain mph with better 60' times unlike N.A. cars

Yeah. I’ll never be able to run as quick as mustangs and Camaros (at the same power level) but they wouldn’t be able to comfortably fit my family. But that 1000lbs+ isn’t easy to make up.

LOVE rolling in true street load out with the continentals....and almost clipping a 10!!! 1.78 is great for daily load out the weigh helps in that regard but then you have to pull it.... I dont know if it was just me but you never went 12psi...was peaking at 9-10 think I see 11 for a split second once...a peaky dx1 or F1A-94 where it pulls that back half harder and you can roll right back end there just like you did and go 10s....car is actually working damn nice its just out of air mid track...... Love the for real roll in last minute full street trim philosophy....its how I am....jesus that thing would be 5k with my fat ass in it lol... TRUE street car ran in true street trim.....a demon would do no better at that weight on your tires....
I just can’t decide if I want to go with an F1A or a D1X. Do you know how hard it is to install an F1A94 on my setup. I don’t see any examples or anything.
It’s probably like a demon with a full load of people. I think it’s easy to forget how much heavier the chargers are. It’s not an insane amount but those 300lbs actually matter a little bit.
@@DadMods should be REAL easy...the volute on the -94 is slightly larger...inlet ( air filter side ) slightly larger...when you turn it kinda slow...it will leave about like you are BUT say peaking at 9 peak at 12...perfect to keep your trans alive and since you have a stroker.....little soft down low but up high kinda nuts....
Car is running great not bad honestly for street tires on my ram 16 I have a built 5.7 motor that runs 11.2 is my fast and that was a good run I got lucky with your car with radials is most likely capable of low 10 even probably with a hard launch and race gas a 9.9

@@DadMods yea I had a 1320 ordered and planned to just drop and D1x on it slow, tune myself already had the can bypass because I'm tall and fat..BUT it just kept not coming in....and then my daughter loves Mustangs ( has 2016) so it's a bonding thing..for instance im getting a drag pack she gets my wheels we both get something ect....I also thought I had to have the A10 and it's been a nightmare with Ford dropping a service bulletin that completely turns their back on us....first Ford ever and last...its beautiful and its FAST..but Ford as a company were horrible dropping tsb7718

My daughter is a mopar girl who is on her second srt8 challenger that's heavily molded because she is second in command at speedlogix. I'm on the fence as we speak in deciding what to by mtself. Its between putting twenty down on a hellcat so I can afford it or buying the scatpak charger and putting twenty into it. Thats great MPH! On my G8 i ran a 10.6 at around 128-129 with drag radials and it was around 700hp aswell! Your Charger can easily run mid to low 10s with the drag radials!

1/4 tank of gas and he'll probably blow it up before the pass is over.. the tanks dont pick up gas well that low under hard acceleration.. ive watched the wide ban go super lean one a few.. 1/3 is the min i ever tell people to run
@@OMGITSMRMACK i guess it just depends on the vehicle. I would always run my truck with a 1/4 tank and it would never lean out. Eyes were always on that AFR gauge since i was on nitrous.
Yeah too many people have scared me and the car gets too bad of mpg to risk it. I’ll probably usually run with at least a half or more.

You should look into Torco professional grade octane booster. That and 93 car can run more timing. I ran into instances where the 93 octane gas was poor. $23 a can. Buy online.

Yeah probably about that. I'd guess 10.5-10.6 unless it was like some amazing negative DA. The car just needs more power. lol Id like to be able to easily run 10s on these tires, it just needs a bit more power and i'm there. Then 9s on drag radials would be cool. But I'm not getting a cage so... not really sure

Good progression through the night. Have your tuner lean it out a little more. 10.3 -10.6 is pretty rich. Try to get it up around 11.5, and she will pick up big time

Hey I have a 392 scat pack. What would u recommend to start modifying it. Have or are u going to do a top speed run with it.
I think I’ve done like 175 but it gets scary. It doesn’t pull all that hard at those speeds. But then again that was before the 426. But still you need a very unique set of circumstances to be able to go top speed and I don’t know how to make that happen I’d need to find a road and everything. With that kinda stuff it’s easy to get yourself killed if you aren’t careful. Or someone else.
But if you want to start modding you have to really decide what it is you want. Do you want it to go faster? Look better? Sound cooler? Probably all of those. Best thing that can transform a car Is just an exhaust and tint. You make it loud and look clean almost anything is cool.

I think there is a bunch more power to be made with your setup, E85 Tune & Radials your deep in the 10's, its running good & congrats on the 1st outing. I think the trans can handle more than you think, axles will break before the Trans!
Yeah I could make a huge amount more power on e85. Or bigger blower. Just need more money. Work in progress lol.
Those Continentals are no joke. I have a set of 275s on my challenger scat and they are sticky as hell even on old country backroads.

We had a 2004 heli ram running 11.20’s in 2005. 370 stroker with 200 shot of nitrous. I’m sure you car being lighter and more power can muster a 10.9 on slicks

Continental DWS06 I might have the letters wrong but it’s an all season. I mention it in the video. They aren’t even summer tires. It rains a lot here in Houston so I need all seasons for my daily setup.

Ehh you can just go and figure it out. Don’t be intimidated. To tech the car it’s simple as long as it’s kept the factory battery tie down and such. Some tracks are more strict but this one isn’t very strict at all. They call each lane when it’s time and you just creep up till it’s your turn. I’m some of the fast forward scenes in the video you can see some of it.

Terry Graham I should make a how-to video. I’ve been going to the track since I was in high school so I’m used to it. But even my wife is afraid to race for the same reasons. But it’s really not complicated. The main thing is not crashing or getting crashed into. Anything else the worst that happens is you look like an idiot. Which happens all the damn time even to experienced racers sometimes trip the beam or do something stupid.

I think every tenth in the 60 ft is 2 tenths in the quarter . Your car will easily go a 1.5 in the 60 ft so that is 2 tenths more which will equal 4 tenths in the quarter. Im thinking at least 10.70 at worst !! . AMAZING !!
Pretty good times for street tires! Little concerned about the trap speed though. Was expecting 130+mph. With that said, boosted cars typically gain mph with better 60' times unlike N.A. cars

Yeah. I’ll never be able to run as quick as mustangs and Camaros (at the same power level) but they wouldn’t be able to comfortably fit my family. But that 1000lbs+ isn’t easy to make up.

Dude after my own heart man. LOVE rolling in true street load out with the continentals....and almost clipping a 10!!! 1.78 is great for daily load out the weigh helps in that regard but then you have to pull it....
I dont know if it was just me but you never went 12psi...was peaking at 9-10 think I see 11 for a split second once...a peaky dx1 or F1A-94 where it pulls that back half harder and you can roll right back end there just like you did and go 10s....car is actually working damn nice its just out of air mid track......

It’s probably like a demon with a full load of people. I think it’s easy to forget how much heavier the chargers are. It’s not an insane amount but those 300lbs actually matter a little bit.
@@DadMods should be REAL easy...the volute on the -94 is slightly larger...inlet ( air filter side ) slightly larger...when you turn it kinda slow...it will leave about like you are BUT say peaking at 9 peak at 12...perfect to keep your trans alive and since you have a stroker.....little soft down low but up high kinda nuts....
Car is running great not bad honestly for street tires on my ram 16 I have a built 5.7 motor that runs 11.2 is my fast and that was a good run I got lucky with your car with radials is most likely capable of low 10 even probably with a hard launch and race gas a 9.9
