December 2014. A truck hit the west bound signal and knocked it down. This is the signal adjacent to the golf course. Hopefully we will have it back up by April of 2015.
I looked on google maps on the railroad crossing it is Gone But Lucky They Did Not Remove The old Railroad crossing signs or then no one would know it was a railroad crossing. Poor Railroad Crossing.
I have no issues with this, but just have to ask, Why are they using those old cantilevers instead of the newer version? I stated I have no issue with it, but just wondering
Because the ones on the wooden posts look better and are easier to read? (By the way, notice how different the cross bucks on the wooden posts are compared to the cross bucks on the signals!)
Love how they used those old Safetran/RACO cantilevers.
Mmm, nice old RACO cantilevers. Good to see they're getting a second life!
They've been replaced already
@@kyleb06 LOL Of course. Well, it was fun while it lasted.
I will when we get them operational. Hopefully before the first week end in April
Conduit was put in place when the crossing was installed. Sensors will not be installed. Signals will be activated manually.
Yikes.
Those signals look to be of 1980s design. Or is it just me?

Very nice! Do you plan on taking a video of a train here any time soon?
What rail line is this?
How did they obtain these crossing signals and cantilevers?
I like the fact they re-used old equipment.
Why so much horn?? Yes we see you!
guitarguy940 because they are required to honk at railway crossings
They should’ve added some gates too
Nice video
These signals have since been removed and replaced with brand new ones again
Very Nice! I like how they decided to re-use those old RACO cantilevers! Can you get a video of these signals in action?
are they going to take the crossbucks off the wooden posts and put them on the cantilever?
Will-i-am95 why would they? There are already crossbucks on the new signals
Because the ones on the wooden posts look better and are easier to read? (By the way, notice how different the cross bucks on the wooden posts are compared to the cross bucks on the signals!)
I like to call those "Ohio style" cantilevers.
add rail road crossing gate for sidewalk
Any update video of the crossing activated?
According to street view they’re already gone..,
Yeah what a shame they have been replaced by new signals
2:22 that is a school bus he did not stop
Still illegal though.
Probably because the driver saw they were doing work and one of the cars was on the tracks
DONT WORRY ABOUT THE BUS IT WAS A WINDOW LICKER BUS
Wow that is pretty cool
Yeet
The horn is annoying
Applepro the first one Is, sounds like a European horn
What's the point of laying on the horn ojxe you are already half way-in and have a bunch of guys in yellow suits? Unnecessary.
