Thanks Rukia. I followed the instructions but nilichemsha. My mabuyus didn't have powder so the 3 cups can be reduced to 2 cups if so. The taste was awesome though ❤❤❤

Baobab seeds are very rich in vitamin C, even more than oranges, though cooking destroys much of the vitamin C so it'sbetter to eat them raw.
They also have significant amounts of antioxidants, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium and B vitamins.
