@Jerald-lf8qq You should try to practice at least 10 to 20 minutes a once or twice a day if you can. Some teachers say 4 times a week is enough. Depends on your goals.

Should I do all the exercise at one day or .....
Do you mean once a day?
No I mean each exercise for a day or all exercise for everyday.
And I can't hit certain notes ( high notes) my voice crackers when I try to hit those notes😢.

Mam wat about the teeth in front - should they be in contact or space should be ther e?
I guess it depends on your jaw shape. My front teeth have no contact. There should be no forcing or tension in the jaw.
