I haven't got plans for a specific falsetto or belt exercise at the moment. Power comes with good posture, breath support, and resonance (vowel formation), and practice in other words good vocal technique. Power does not come from pushing from the throat. If you search "how to sing with power" you'll find heaps of information. You can start with chest voice exercises i.e. exercises in your speaking range. It doesn't really matter what you call it, if you achieve the sound you want.
