Well done mate! I walked into a music store in 2010 and found my Roland D50 for sale, it had been stolen in 1994 when my car was broken into while I was taking my giving gear into the appartment, it still had my patches in the memory. I called the police and they came down and spoke to the store manager, the enquiry found the original thief, it was my neighbour! As I had claimed on my insurance I contacted them, they claimed compensation when the guy was taken to court, and I claimed for depreciation of price and the money I lost due to my insurance claim and increased premiums. I agree, I have also noticed of late that sunbursts have a really ugly red part that is solid and not blended in, it makes the top look like an archery target.
Gibson does it- i think at this point their entire line of R8-R0 les paul bursts look like late 80s early 90s guitar center pauls... with flame so ridiculous it doesn't remotely resemble a classic era les Paul, which were mostly subtle bursts with 2 or 3 in the entire line a bit crazy.
I'm a retired professional musician and have played guitar for 65 years. It just blows my mind the way these people are scamming instruments. Seems like there's scams in every walk of life. Really sad. I appreciate guys like you stepping up. Peace.
This is what I was thinking. That’s not a “I’m going to come kick your ass”. This dude straight up threatened this mans life. Police should have been contacted.
In that threatening phone call the underlying insinuation of “WE have a code, don’t call the po-po, why did you betray US” was really disturbing. You’ve definitely earned MY trust and my subscription!
Ya, I caught that too when I heard it. My guess... he thought because he and I are of the same skin tone, I somehow was supposed to be loyal to him over loyalty to the hard working small guitar shops that they were trying to scam.
The crooks can get a fake I.D. made such as a drivers license with their photo on it to match the name on the credit card. I live in Canada retailers were asking for photo ID depending on the amount of purchase prior to 2008. From 2008 we've been using debit and credit cards with a "chip" that require a pin #. While it's not perfect it's been by far the best security credit card companies and banks have ever had.
Been playing for 50 plus years. I have several scam stories, theft stories and thankfully some stories of wonderful honest people who went completely out of their way to make sure I got my lost guitar back. I’m subbed now just because you come across as a cool, smart, honest cat and the world needs more folks like you.
Criminal saying you are taking food from whose kids' mouths? Criminals steal food from everyone's mouth! Criminals get 3 meals a day in jail!! Sooo...???
The guy looks like he never held a guitar let alone play one. Steals guitars then crys when he's caught. It's pathetic that we have so many scammers now. Thankfully this one has been caught.
@DontCryAboutIt, absolutely! Threatening someone is definitely a crime, and it shouldn't be tolerated. It’s important to call that out and hold people accountable for their actions. Stay safe out there! 🎸✊
Heard a Song where the lyrics were “Americans love freedom and nothing says freedom like trying to get away with something”. It’s honest people like you who get left holding the bag. Glad you were on top of this. Many, especially the elderly, basically have no chance. Thanks for the education! I’m also wondering if the kids who had their “food taken from their mouths” know how their father came up with the cash to buy said food. Or does he steal that too? Teach your children well…?
Everyone is a crook. I bet you 9/10 people cheering this guy on here would take $100 sticking out of an ATM that the last person left of they thought they'd get away with it.
I found a guy on Craigslist recently "selling" a 2003 Gibson LP Standard, Honeyburst I think. Local seller. OHSC and all. He wanted like 1200 for it. I knew it was BS. But I wanted to see how much BS. I asked for pics. He sent pics of a Gretsch hollowbody. I explained that to him so he sent LP pics...cherry sunburst but whatever. I said fine, I'll take it! (I wasn't taking it). He said great, "but I'm travelling for work so I'll have to ship it to you". I told him how odd it was that he's carrying a LP that he's trying to sell on his work trips. He said shipping it to me is 168 bucks, he needs that first. I asked him if people actually fall for this idiocy. He deleted the ad in like 30 seconds.
Having been a guitar dealer for decades I have been fortunate to not have ever been through this nonsense...If it sounds too good to be true it always is...Creating strong relationships with major dealers nationwide is essential to protecting you and your customers from these kind of scams... Thanks for posting...
Reverse image search is such a good tip - that saved me from buying a $4K PRS with damage that had been previously listed with images showing the damage, but now was relisted without those pics. When confronted the guy was like 'oh, just minor scuffs' - ya right thru the paint down to bare wood, sure thing buddy! Keep up the good work!
You did the right thing man, thank you for your diligence, unfortunately there are buyers that would have left it at that and taken advantage of that profit margin, I've been victim of guitar thieving scumbags, well done and thanks very much.
Hey Joan, I completely agree! It's frustrating dealing with scammers, and it's good to expose these situations so people can stay informed. Thanks for your support and for watching! 🎸🙌
That is crazy stuff! Glad you worked it out 👍🏼 I can't wait to check out your shop! 20 minute trip for me. As a non-recovering guitar junkie; I'm almost scared 😹😹
Half price guitars... yeah watch it. Half price 15K guitars? Even worse. Especially newer ones like these. I could see if someone had a few dusty older guitars that came from grandpa passing or whatever. At least there's SOME chance to believe the story. New ones? How do you have a newer 15K guitar and only want half for it? Because you stole it. If you know anything about guitars and you have an expensive one you know what you'll get for it. Only a thief gives it away for half off.
Do you know part really disturbed me..? When the scammer's 'buddy' or 'scam partner' called the host and starting making violent, end of life threats, he said, 'you are taking food out of my kids' mouths'. That sickened me. Why do criminals ALWAYS have kids? ALWAYS. And it is never just one...they always have multiple. For some reason, criminals love having kids. If you are a scamming criminal, you are not a fit parent. People always talk about the school to prison pipeline... but why isn't it refered to the 'Parent to Prison' pipeline??? I truly believe that people should have to apply for a permit or license before they have children...where they have to prove that they have the fiscal means, mental capabilites and morals required to raise and provide for a child. I seriously mean every word of that.
I would agree with that except we never know who gets to determine fitness. Is it a hardcore lefty who says rightwingers aren't fit for kids, or vice versa? Is it a politician in California who has no idea what it takes to raise a kid in Appalachia? Once you open Pandoras box it can only cause trouble.
@@GreyMouser517the guy wrote that rant without one second of thought. Lets suppose some (impossible) criteria is up as law, and someone unfit gets pregnant... will the kid be taken at birth? Will the pregnancy be terminated by force? People gets furious seeing this kind of video and come up with totally braindead solutions...

Great story!! I'm 73, and I've been doing this a long time! Probably how I ended up with so many guitars LOL. I have a big dislike for most social media! It started as a good thing, then ended up causing all kinds of problems!! So I rely on old school ways. As you said, I can talk to someone for 10 minutes and tell if they are a guitar player or not. Also if they know anything about guitars! It's hard to believe when someone is selling any guitar at 1/2 what you think the value is!! Nice job stopping that!! Thanks!! --gary
Especially a new guitar. Someone might have an older vintage instrument and not know what's worth. But a brand new one like that PRS with the tags on it? That's definitely stolen.
Good for you, it's tough for anyone to get noticed, with lack luster no talent, boy/girl so called bands that don't play any instruments and this scammer robbs off you.. There is talent out there still to heard. I hope he get what he deserves. Good work.
Hey Marcus, thanks for the support! You're right, it's tough with so many fakes out there, but it's great to see real talent still shining through. Fingers crossed this scammer gets what's coming to them. Appreciate you watching and sharing your thoughts! 🎸💪
@@Dork_Central I love all sorts of salsa but it was one of the few that was light and refreshing, especially on a hot day plus I'm a sucker for freshly made chips.
That’s totally fair-if you’re buying a standard cheap- midrange guitar (sub $2,500), there are plenty of options out there that don’t require extra precautions. But we’re talking about $3,000+ guitars, so yeah, we’re going to make sure everything checks out if you're buying from us. High-value instruments aren’t like grabbing something off a store shelf, and serious buyers understand that. If that’s not your thing, no worries-there’s a whole world of guitars to choose from.
I am happy for a store to check publicly available info on me if it also means that the guitar or amp I just bought won’t come up as stolen/recognized by the previous owner at a show I’m playing.
Hope you shared that conversation with the prosecutor at the time this went down, that's a death threat, a felony and punishable by jail time and fine. Once you decided to flip the script (doing the right thing) you have a responsibility to pound a few nails in order to complete the job. Maybe because I'm ex-military, but that's what I would have advised you at the time. Mostly, people that steal are bullies and dumb in their actions. Good video
@ToneLoc707, I hear you! It’s incredibly frustrating when people take advantage of others for personal gain. Glad this video helped bring some awareness, and thanks for the support! Let's keep fighting for the right reasons! 🎸💪
Its amazing that the criminals actually whine and complain that you called the cops. As if you were part of their theft ring selling them out. Its that thinking that tells you they will be criminals for life. They can all rot in a prison. Our laws must get tougher to make them rethink their actions.
@gr8tnowwhat, it's insane how they act like you’re the bad guy for involving the police, as if you’re part of their theft ring. That mindset shows why they’ll likely stay criminals for life. I agree-our laws need to be tougher to make them really think about the consequences of their actions. They’ve got to face justice! 🎸💯
Subbed because you are doing the right thing. People today are looking for the easy/illegal hustle over making money legitimately. I don’t care about not paying sales tax. However taking from someone who worked hard to get to the point of selling rare high value guitars is disgraceful.
As a small business owner you should always require and ask for identification before accepting a card. No single sale is worth the headaches. If you suspect the card or card holder is fraudulent or trying to rip you off, ask for cash, or just lie and claim.your credit machine is down. Ask for 2 forms of I.D. no match, no sale. Nobody wants to lose a sale but is it really worth the BS. Our scammer kepp on disputing even after we filed dispute after dispute. It was unending and stupid. In the end we won, but what it cost fighting it took away from the benefit. Be smarter than the bad guys.
This video just popped in to my feed! I’m a Bay Area guy and I will definitely come to see you next time I’m in the market for a guitar. Thank you for doing this. I worked at music store in the east bay for years and the amount of stolen gear that came through was amazing.
I picked up an Alembic for a grand in a pawn shop once. It was a unique custom and they have their own theft recovery group on their website. The real owner had money and was just happy to get it back, he doubled my cost and I felt great about doing the right thing.

I understand the animosity and contempt some people have towards big corporations having worked for one or two with management that seemed to have no clue. And some that shall remain nameless that seem to be actively intentionally hurting and scamming the public for profit. It doesn't make it right to steal from them.

Interesting. Now I know why when I ordered a high priced guitar from Wildwood, they called me asking how I wanted it set up and some questions that seemed a bit strange. My first order, an international shipment and paid by credit card. Makes sense they were trying to see if it was fraud.
You should not have sent that guitar back to Dave's guitar shop, you did the right thing.. Kudos to you! Dave's guitar shop proved themselves to be a very disreputable company to deal with... If they would misrepresent this to you, they would misrepresent things to customers as well..
OK, what am I missing here? If a guitar shop out of state offered me 7 grand to "buy back" a guitar that was stolen from them via credit card fraud, my alarm bells would go off big-time. Why would a store offer to lose that amount of money when they could just get police involved and the guitar back for free?
Probably because the people at Dave's guitar didn't know where the guitar was at the time & figured if they pay him the 7 grand to get it back that saves time and having to contact the local police where this guitar was found at the time . I'm sure Dave's had some kind of insurance on it like every other guitar they have in the shop and they have a lot of guitars basses amplifiers acoustics and drums . I'm not talking about 20 or 30 guitars I'm talking hundreds just for the electric guitar sections. I've bought stuff from them before & never had any issues at all & when I get down to Lacrosse where I have relatives I always stop in to see what they have that I might be interested in or just to pick something out to play on any of the amplifiers I choose . Dave has quite the collection of rare guitars upstairs 1 that Eric Clapton wanted to buy a rare old Fender strat and Dave told him it wasn't for sale no matter the price . I get on the website every so often to see what they have for new & used guitars & amplifiers because you just never know what they might have in to possibly buy .
I like to think people who do the right thing, or at least walk with some ounce of humanity, will always have good karma in their life. Call it universal karmic justice, or God watching over you. Threatening someone over a material good is just out right, wild. You're probably helping those men clean up their lives and look at themselves in the mirror. Or maybe not. Ultimately, justice is served. And someone gets to enjoy the fruits of owning such a guitar. The friendships. The jam sessions. I appreciate your integrity in knowing you're probably buying some fenced goods and having the heart to do the right thing. Instant sub from me, plus this channel is about guitars :) Sweet guitars, too. Great dinner watch for me. Even my cat and two siblings got invested in your short video.
I was talking to these two guys after the 2020 riots and they were laughing about the one guy's large-screen TV.......they both laughed that only a sucker would actually "buy" a large-screen TV. Irritated the heck out of me. How many people own large TVs and expensive guitars because they helped themselves to a billion dollars of stolen merchandise? Not surprised that these guitars show up years later. Good this officer could see the whole scam right away.
Hey WriterandPhotographer, that sounds incredibly frustrating! It’s unbelievable how some people justify stealing, especially when it affects honest folks. It’s good to see the officer recognized the scam quickly, but you're right-many of these items, including guitars, can end up resurfacing later. As a Guitar builder and repairman for over 4 decades, I have heard all too often about stolen guitars with "Can you call me if someone brings it it" Which although I absolutely will do, and have too more than once, I have still got shit and lost business from it once, why? Because if it comes into my shop, then most likely not by the thief, but the guy who bought it, and well I am already obligated to tell the person it was stolen from, and it's the right thing to do, and the buyer is the one most likely to get stiffed then, and not get his money back without going through great lengths! So do all you were told here to do to make at all much more difficult on the thieves, not yourself, and some of these tips too, which all too often go ignored or not heeded to:: The minute you get the guitar home, record the serial number, take pictures (not blurry ones); No flamed maple or other wood figuring will look exactly the same unless it is no such thing, only a "Photo Finish" (I would never make one!), but any significant markings, even slight flaws will be indicators it is your guitar, and do the same if you ever make changes to it too! Never throw anything away until after the warranty period, it will make returns a whole lot easier, and even MFG's and sellers can and many are willing to use any excuse to not honer the warranty, even if illegal, because lying about what is and is not, nor putting it in their warranty as policy (policy is not law) even if illegal, are not illegal in and of themselves, but only unenforceable when you need to take legal action for which the former record keeping may also come in handy, which brings me to the next point: Know the law! There are state and federal ones that can and just may very well differ, like the federal Moss Morison warranty act...! And don't think reporting it to the police is a waste of time and have then give you record of that too! Just because it's unlikely they will start a huge investigation, they will put it on file for if they find it on accident in some other case, or someone brings it in having found it (Sometimes thieves get cold feet over just seeing a cop and ditch the loot). Finally don't put all that in the case, or it's worthless for being gone with the guitar! Put it all together in a folder, better yet a zip file on whatever computing device you have, and on all of them, and a thumb drive or media card... so it's all together if you ever need it, and put the thumb drive (With other similar info od desirable often fleeced stuff you may have somewhere a home invader would be least likely to even care to look, and just in case a copy at a friends or family's place too, as I do with backups of my computer (encrypted) in case of any event like theft, fire, flood... It may sound like a lot of work, but for me the practice for all sorts has come in handy more than once, and never lost at minimum my data but the very newest between weekly backups, and that since the early 80's! It's good practice and really worth it, even if you have done fine without, because your complacency may bite you in the ass, and at the worse time when you do need it!
I had an Eric Clapton yellow guitar on a 90-day layaway at Sam Ash in Cerritos, California. On day 88 they sold it to someone else. I used the returned deposit to buy new tires for my 1983 Cadillac Coupe deVille.
My tip for any small business owner who still sells direct from their own website. Your only benefit of doing that is not paying reverb and eBay fees. Having your own shoppable website is fine. Make every listing of EVERY INSTRUMENT a link to leads to your reverb.
@jayyoungmusic919, great tip! The fees can definitely add up, but I agree, having a direct website is great for branding. Linking to platforms like Reverb for ease of transaction is a smart move. Thanks for sharing the insight! 🎸💡

If the scammer wasn't arrested (which could have meant facing jail time, criminal record, etc.), then instead of he or an accomplice threatening you over the phone, he/they should have been thanking you profusely for not pressing charges!
@JoeSzilagy, you're absolutely right! If they weren't arrested, they definitely should’ve been thanking me for not pressing charges. Instead, they chose to make threats-crazy how some people act when they get caught. 😤 Glad the situation was handled, though! 🎸

Companies that do sales over the phone, should have insurance to cover the risk, or just take the loss. Online is safer as they can build security into the sales site, and verify the card. It was their loss
@gercarey3261, I totally agree! Companies doing sales over the phone should definitely have some kind of insurance or be prepared to take the loss if things go sideways. Online sales do have more safeguards built in, which makes them safer for both parties. In the end, it was their loss, and they should have been more cautious. 🎸💡

I bought an Arturia MB and waited and nothing was happening in terms of shipping, so I contacted the person and they said they were refunding me because of it. But the trick was this: She posted the item with no intent of doing anything. She did not have the item, but she was trying to pursuade me that Paypal was charging her a fee for refunding me the order. She said she was in the Phillipines and this is how things worked over there. I told her no and that was it. Paypal returned my money. She wanted to collect a small amount like $15. I'm sure if she did this a few times a day it would be worth it if successful.

Not only threatened his life, but said he was pretty much going to put a "bounty" on his head/"sanction a hit" on him.
Sadly threats are not illegal
@@erichalbrecht9278 Threats are absolutely illegal, at least in America.
@@erichalbrecht9278
Sadly, you don't know what you're talking about...
Exactly that. Same here Mat. 😊
You are a good man, dude. Thank you for trying to keep the guitar market honest.
Ain't he just.
Only discovered this channel a couple of hours ago but loving it immensely. 😊
That's why when paying with a credit card , a customer should be required to show photo id that matches the name on that credit card.
IF the card is signed, a merchant cannot refuse a sale solely because the cardholder refuses to provide ID. Weird. True.
Been playing for 50 plus years. I have several scam stories, theft stories and thankfully some stories of wonderful honest people who went completely out of their way to make sure I got my lost guitar back. I’m subbed now just because you come across as a cool, smart, honest cat and the world needs more folks like you.
When I was a kid in the 90s I got scammed out of my cherry red 69 SG... kills me to this day.. loved that guitar
Criminal saying you are taking food from whose kids' mouths? Criminals steal food from everyone's mouth! Criminals get 3 meals a day in jail!! Sooo...???
Criminals believe they should be able to commit crimes. They think it’s their right.
Always the victim. Right, dishonest people always cry.
Never trust a person who ends every sentence with the word *bro.*
The guy looks like he never held a guitar let alone play one. Steals guitars then crys when he's caught. It's pathetic that we have so many scammers now. Thankfully this one has been caught.
Agreed. I don't think he was a guitar player 😬
Threating someone is a crime.
I don't know why I found it so funny, but using Corey Feldman as a representative of a guitar play has me rolling.
He's a legend in his own mind.
Wow weird to find you here. Love your channel man
Should’ve asked the guy to play the opening to Stairway to Heaven. If he can’t, then you know the guys a scammer
I’ve now had 2 of your vids (Dave’s) and this one hit my feed. You’re a straight up dude that just asked for a sub…you got it!
Scammers are everywhere now. Cool channel
The scammer is really wanting to ask for the guy's Black Card back 😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
You're doing the right thing these people need to get a job and stop stealing
Hey Joan, I completely agree! It's frustrating dealing with scammers, and it's good to expose these situations so people can stay informed. Thanks for your support and for watching! 🎸🙌
My local shop had an Ibanez stolen from them in broad daylight.
Luckily the cops found them really quickly. These robbers are getting ridiculous
That is crazy stuff! Glad you worked it out 👍🏼
I can't wait to check out your shop! 20 minute trip for me. As a non-recovering guitar junkie; I'm almost scared 😹😹
Hey can u give me his shop address? There is nothing like a legit and honest place to shop 👍🏼
Not good man, stay safe out there
Half price guitars... yeah watch it.
If I were you, I still wouldn’t trust Dave’s guitar shop. They were definitely playing games with you.
Yep. They're gonna get it back and say since it was stolen via fraud it's all theirs.
Question if u know… this shop is the one in Long Beach CA? Hollywood Dave’s guitars?
@@rustyg.7143 He said LaCrosse, WI.
Let's hope it's 😮😅 just games
Bahahahah Dave's in Wisconsin is internationally known. One of the best guitar shops in the World!
Great video and thank you for posting. I ran a vintage guitar restoration company for 15 years. It was 95% cool... but every once in a while...
This is spot on. 95% of guitar selling, super cool and I love it. But it's that 5% that just makes you want to.....😬😬😬😬
Do you know part really disturbed me..?
They usually do because they can get more ebt and government benefits
because blacks have tons of kids

This is a win for all honest musicians. Thank you 😊
Great story!!

Heck ya! One of these days I'll have to fly down to SoCal to visit the shop.
You dont deserve no bs whatsoever sorry brotha hope you dont experience stuff like this again. God bless man 😮💨😡👍
If you are doing background research into me because I want to buy a guitar. I am going elsewhere. There are plenty of guitars out there.
What a great channel. You’re a teacher. Just subscribed. Thanx

Good video
Awesome!!! This makes me happy.. people with no talent stealing instruments for money makes me pissed! Good job bro
In my area trying to sell an quality instrument via any of the internet platforms usually ends with a burglary. Worthy of a Subscription
Thank you!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌 Ya... here in Oakland, California where I'm at....it can get pretty dicey when meeting up locally.
you should move

Looting guitar center is wild ! I heard that cop say that, think about how much someone can steal in few mins even grabbing high end guitars and stuff that’s insane. Keep up the good work shutting these scammers down ! Credit card scammers putting hot guitars on the streets glad you got him 🤘🏻
I did a google reverse image search using a screen shot of you and except for the hair doe came back as, this is a top notch guy so, consequently, I think your business has just taken a big leap forward.
Hey getitup100, that’s hilarious! Appreciate the compliment and the support. Looks like the internet approves, so I guess we’re moving in the right direction! Thanks for the kind words - I’m excited for what’s ahead! :-) Rock on!

Exactly! They just wanted to make sure you were a guitarist and you were the one that ordered it. Wildwood is such a cool store! Good guys ☺️
Dave’s may have insurance on all their guitars, but I’m sure they would want to minimize their claims.
Or just buy it themselves
What a fascinating peek into a world I didn’t know existed.
I wish I didn't have to know this world as well as I now do. But it unfortunately is part of the used guitar business. Cheers!
Scammer has no idea how low of a life it is to feed your kids through stealing other people’s money.
right?! Sad they think they're entitled to other people's hard work (i.e. the small independent guitar shops that were being scammed).
These trash bags crying after they get caught stealing and scamming hard working, honest people… It boggles the mind… Keep up the good work 😎👍
Thanks, @SlickD217! It’s crazy how some people think they can get away with that. Appreciate the support and definitely will! 😎👍
Dave's is my local shop (Central WI) and I love them they are downright normal musicians that sell guitars.
Good to know. I've seen videos of their museum room. It's very nice 😁
I would have never thought of this scenario. That’s crazy. Glad he got caught and now will make folks think twice about it.
Instant sub from me, plus this channel is about guitars :)
Sweet guitars, too.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and I appreciate you watching! Cheers!

He's embarassed? I'm so sick of entitled thieves.
I know right?! Like come on....you doing shady stuff...then try and play the victim. 😅
So do all you were told here to do to make at all much more difficult on the thieves, not yourself, and some of these tips too, which all too often go ignored or not heeded to::
The minute you get the guitar home, record the serial number, take pictures (not blurry ones); No flamed maple or other wood figuring will look exactly the same unless it is no such thing, only a "Photo Finish" (I would never make one!), but any significant markings, even slight flaws will be indicators it is your guitar, and do the same if you ever make changes to it too!
Never throw anything away until after the warranty period, it will make returns a whole lot easier, and even MFG's and sellers can and many are willing to use any excuse to not honer the warranty, even if illegal, because lying about what is and is not, nor putting it in their warranty as policy (policy is not law) even if illegal, are not illegal in and of themselves, but only unenforceable when you need to take legal action for which the former record keeping may also come in handy, which brings me to the next point:
Know the law!
Nicely done. I hope you reported that threat to the police as well.

Great job on doing due diligence. Hopefully your advice will save someone pain and embarrassment.
I'm very confused about what happened. It just cuts to the cop carrying the guitars out.

Ebay can be really bad for sellers.... they usually side with the buyer. Plenty of buyers are scamming and the sellers are charged.
@rockfan3299, you’re absolutely right! eBay can be tough for sellers, especially when buyers pull scams and get away with it. It’s frustrating how often they side with the buyer without looking at the full picture. Hopefully, things change for the better for sellers soon! 😤💸
Be safe out there bro! a few of these yungbloods are decent actors but from the jump they start with death threats then there’s no where else to go! 🤣

I thought YOU were in Wisconsin for a second.. I was getting excited to go visit your shop. I recently Checked out Dave's - that place is crazy They are stuffed to the brim with guitars.
Before anyone sells guitars on reverb because of what this guy said look into all of the reverb nightmares that have been documented where people have sold and shipped guitars and then had the money refunded to the buyer. I am not saying not to sell on there I am just saying that if you choose to be careful.
How dare you…
This poor man was obviously using scam money to feed his kids and finish getting his medical degree…..😂😂😂😂😂
Hey harbosonius, haha, right? I’m sure that’s exactly how he justifies it! 😂 Glad you got a laugh out of it, though. Sometimes you’ve gotta find the humor in these ridiculous situations!
Bro good job! I work in the industry and we see stuff like this more than we want to. Subbed!
