It was a good pick. Especially in this years draft. these players are all gambles and picked based on projected ceilings. He already has some size, and will fill out much more at his age and with help of a pro training staff.

I look at this pick like the Hornets are trying to build a big lineup with LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, Tidjaune Slaun, Mark Williams. Love his high motor.

I give my honest opinion on picks, the option to ," give it time" doesn't exist to me. Even with Knecht, I would have traded back. Trade back was my favorite option. That's just me.
@T.Sumpter Not many Hornets fans wanted to hear "Give it time to Miller either". Obviously the Front office knows something we don't. Let the new regime put their plan in place and trust the process because we weren't gonna become a contender overnight regardless of who we took, so why not draft the player with high upside that can be given time to develop.
