UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer delivers his first speech as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom after accepting the invitation from His Majesty King Charles III to form a new government. Starmer says he wants his government to focus on the needs of working people, show respect to the UK's frontline workers, and to restore stability after a tumultuous 14 years of Conservative government under 5 Prime Ministers.
