Wow this was THE perfect thing to find today. My morning has already been pretty good, but this was the icing on the cake. ^^
this makes me feel so calm..honestly it's the perfect song to cry to because it's the first time i feel happy and content in a long time. the first time when i can say that im not alone anymore and that things are going to be okay. and also im proud of myself because a few days ago i reached 6 months of being clean from s3lf hårm, the exact day i turned 18. im proud of myself for still being here because i really did not think i would live this long. and if you struggle or used to struggle with s3lf hårm, im proud of you for still being here and for not giving up. i know how hard it is to pull through when everything feels overwhelming and unbearable, but you are strong and you will get through this. things will get better. just make sure you stick around long enough for them to be able to improve.
