I listened to this with my head hanging off the bed and it felt like I had put my head into a puddle or pool or something and that was just the vail concealing this perfect and peaceful world. It was intoxicating. I felt the need to throw myself backwards off my bed to stay there forever, but sadly I remembered walls exist. (In short thank you for giving me some much needed peace rn💕)

@@fancysmancyk.i.41 also blood doesn’t pool in your head (there is a layer of it called the blood brain barrier that’s supposed to be there, but that’s besides the point), but being inverted completely (so hand stands or inversion tables) take all the blood in your body and gravity makes it easy to get to the head, but hard to travel back to the rest of the body. If someone has a good heart and clear blood vessels, they don’t have to worry about this as much and after a short period of complete inversion might only be light headed. On the other hand those with clogged blood vessels and/or a weak heart might pass out or start turning different colors as extremities loose blood and their head gains it. (If this happens lay them on a flat surface and check for a pulse; if their heart is beating let them lay there and lift their head.) They would be fine with a short period of inversion, but depending on their cardiovascular health, should listen to their body and slowly tilt back up when needed.
