I wish the voice in my head had told me about Titus sooner. Both me and the voice have never laughed so F-ing hard ... yeah OK.. the voice has laughed that hard "at me" but not "with me"!
@@netrioter yeah not really though because most videos that get posted to youtube unless they are one that practically breaks the internet do not get monetized in the way that most people think they do. he definitely could have taken them to amazon or netflix or hulu and sold the rights to them to get a bigger payday on them but he put his comedy out there for free to try and entertain folks during a difficult time. more than that he was one of the few people willing to come and entertain us in iraq, and actively put himself in danger to let the troops know that we were appreciated so please don't be disrespectful and act like he was doing this as some kind of big cash grab.
In 2018 I had a horrendous year. In the spring I was working in a job that was putting my stress level through the roof that I wound up being taken to the hospital in an ambulance because it seemed I was having a heart attack. (Thankfully it wasn't) Then later that same year I was in the hospital for a month with a corneal ulcer on my left eye that refused to close and I lost vision in my eye for weeks in addition to having to be sleep deprived because the hospital staff had to wake me up every hour around the clock to put multiple drops in my eye to treat the issue and hope for the best. And of course, there's the hospital food too. This comedy special was something I listened to on TH-cam Music and it got me through A LOT of tough times. Especially the part about the ex-wife, the new girlfriend, and then meeting Bruce Springsteen. It ended so positively and that was almost like therapy for me! No matter how dark things seemed, it could get better. Two weeks before this posting, I got to win an award for a short documentary I created about my childhood and the cult I was raised in. People that watched it told me about how it inspired them to tell their story. Industry professionals shook my hand and told me how impressed they were with it. And the whole time my "inner retard" was telling me that these people didn't know what they were talking about. But getting to watch this special again, five years after that year from hell, that story about Bruce Springsteen hits a lot closer to home. All of this to express my sincere thanks to you for this special and for your other ones that I've listened to as well! Thanks for putting it all out there, and thanks for the gut wrenching laughter!
Have to agree to disagree there. I don't find him reminiscient of either and honestly can't see him as being derived from anyone. Doubtless he has his own favorites and models but there hasn't been one like him before, I think he is iconic in the dark and brilliant way he lights the way we climb from dysfunction to love, and back again, over and over, getting a little better and little smarter every time we do stupid things....he's not derivative, he's an original, and he's a Gryffindor whether he likes it or not. I'm just quibbling with you to get a chance to say that, peace and love and gallows humor, blessed be.
I would make a day every work week to binge on these specials during Covid. Working overnight security was made much more manageable when I could chuckle my way through the night.
Bruce Lee Steve Irwin Jackie Chan Christopher Titus Dave Chappelle These are some people I wish I could meet some day. I found out way early on when I was a kid that Bruce Lee had passed away years before I was even born. Steve Irwin died when I was a freshman in high school. I might still have a chance to meet Jackie Chan, maybe if I get lucky. I might have a chance to meet Dave Chappelle some day if I get lucky. However, I did get super lucky in 2016. I went to the Ontario Improv to see one of my all time favorite comedians perform live for the 1st time in my life, and frankly that would have been enough. However, this incredible comedian waited outside after his show to meet, autograph our stuff, shake hands and take pictures with all his fans. I had always wanted to meet Robin Williams, ever since Mork and Mindy was airing. Mork, Spiderman, and the Scarlet Pimpernel were my childhood heroes, and yes, I have always been socially awkward. I was in Marin at one point, and I heard a rumor Mr. Williams was going to be having a "get together", and, being in my 20's I decided to crash it and meet one of my idols. It was surprisingly easy, I just walked into the backyard of this place, grabbed a plate, put some food on it and wandered around. No one seemed to notice. Then I caught a glimpse of Mr. Williams and started towards him, but stopped halfway. Remember: socially awkward. I had absolutely nothing to say to him. Was I going to tell him "I'M YOU'RE BIGGEST FAN!!!"? Well, I was definitely A fan, but he probably had bigger ones, best case it was trite, worst case: restraining order. Was I going to tell him "I love your work"? He had plenty of awards from people who's opinions were taken more seriously than mine who ALSO loved his work. Should I tell him "I think you're hilarious"? He knew. From where I was, munching on some pretty tasty chicken, I could hear him clearly, acting just like he always did on screen, entertaining the people around him. I decided to just leave him alone and enjoy the performance. Sure, I regret not having met him, but I really had no reason to bother the guy. Besides, I got a free dinner and a show out of the deal, so it was still a win.

I met Titus here in Nashville after he performed at Zanies. He is the coolest dude you could ever meet. My son was too young to go to show at the time but was a huge fan and loved his inner retard routine, and he recorded a message on my phone for my son doing his inner retard voice. I played it for my son the next day and it absolutely made his day. I will be a Titus fan for life. And on behalf of my son, Thanks Titus for being an awesome human being
The *one* Christopher Titus special that, somehow, I had not yet managed to see--and here it is, posted for our communal/quarantined pleasure; thank you, you're my absolute comedy HERO. :)
I only started watching your comedy, of which I have now purchased a significant amount of DVDs, merchandise, and tickets to live performances, because I was an insomniac at 9 years old and watched your sitcom's final season at 2:30 AM every Sunday morning.
Of late, I have had more problems than one person should have to deal with. I was in real danger of losing it completely when my son turned me on to Chris Titus. His wonderful and frank humor have been helping me through one of the darkest times of my life since my husband died. Thanks , Chris!
Just so you know it was NOT a national show.. it was INTERNATIONAL show... we watch in at our country and loved every minute of it....hope there will be a rebot of it, the world is ready for it

It sucks when you're caught between a rock and a hard place, bills needing to be paid, and everything coming grinding to a halt. Work has been slowing down and we've been needing to take days off and come in to work later so we don't outpace ourselves. I appreciate that people out there are thinking of others, especially after everything that's been going on. :)
Watched all these & rewatched the old tv series & have missed it terribly. Titus, you are my favorite comedian next to the late Robin Williams. Thank you for the medicine of laughter that you devote your career to dispensing. ❤ - Jennifer, Dylans' mom, Burton & son🎉
Thank you ! I’m at home, a vet, and disabled, you have made my month of recovery from surgery soooo much easier except when you make me laugh so hard my stitches hurt ! But it’s a good funny pain and being stuck indoors to stay safe from the virus.
Thank you sir, for serving and saving your country TWICE. Being a veteran AND staying home in these difficult times. Thank you again❣Stay safe and recover soon. Much love and appreciation. (I couldn't stop, I had to add one more sentence...😉😘)
Only Titus could brag about meeting some of the most famous people, sound humble, and be hilarious all at the same time. I won't ever forget the first time I watched Norman Rockwell is Bleeding, been a fan ever since.
I am actually re-watching this in March 2021. I am a chief nurse who has tried to lead my employees through this pandemic. We are now in the process of vaccinating, and have already treated 25,000 patients. I just wanted to thank you for your comments at the beginning of the Video. Thank you for using your influence to encourage people to stay home, that it was not a hoax, and they should educate themselves and stay safe. So many others did not. Your hysterically funny and I think our dad’s would’ve gotten along great.
Mr. Titus I watch things on TV you tube and so forth but every since the first time I watched you on your sit com I've been in love.THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES
Forgot how accurate and timeless "Love is Evol" is. Watching now hits home more than when I last watched it. Thank you Christopher Titus for the laughs and insights.
Dear mr. Titus you are phenomenal. It is truly amazing that a man with such a great sense of humor can take the time to put himself out there for all of us who truly need him. Please don't stop. Ever. Thank You!!!
Dear Chris, thanks for sharing your specials with us, for free. For me you are one of the top 10 comedians ever, if not the best. Turning your failures and flaws into your sword and shield is the best superpower I've ever seen on stage. To see one of your shows would be worth for a trip to the US & thank you again for brighten our days, kind regards from the Rhineland.
I will never forget the first time I heard Chris Titus’ comedy. He was one of the first people I heard openly talk about having a crazy mom, and he was able to talk about it in a way that made me laugh. His mother had already passed when I was introduced to his work, but I listened to him talk about his meltdown on a plane after his mom died, and I knew that was a reality I was going to have to face soon. My mom did pass seven years ago, and I turned to his comedy to help me get through it. Having a crazy mom (like, “we the jury find the defendant...”) isn’t something people talk about. Daddy issues run rampant, but THIS was the man who taught me that it’s okay to have a crazy mom and to TALK about it. Because no matter how deep you bury that mess, it’s going to come up eventually, so you best be able to laugh about it.
Amen to that, I was in the same boat as you and Titus all of my life and I made it through it, somehow, mostly because me and my 6 sisters always used sarcasm & our dark humor to get through dark things.
That Cov19 intro peice aged like fine milk. I don't align politically with Titus, particularly on 2A, but he hits the nail on the head with 95% of every special he puts out. Fantastic comedian, and I respect the hell out of him for putting these out for free, I remember listening to this when he first put it out and I had to come back to hear it yet another time.
Chris, i've been watching since you were on Fox, loved the show, love the specials and your honesty man. I'm really thankful for you doing this for us , it makes it a hell of a lot easier staying indoors when you genuinely want to; purpose being seeing a new special ! ESPECIALLY A TITUS ONE! Have you considered a netflix special? I honestly have no idea why those guys haven't reached out to you, your material is just the sort that would THRIVE on that . All the best Chris, and thank you for doing what you do, its important as well in times like these.
Jon Carter thank you bro, I’ve been wanting to tell Titus this for the longest. You beat me to it ha, I’ve been watching Titus sense he was on Fox. I also agree with you Netflix should give him a special.
I have seen this seven to eight times. How did I miss the dodge viper story EVERY SINGLE TIME until now!? That shit nearly asphyxiated me I was laughing so hard.
How in the hell had I never seen this special before today? Lol. It somehow flew under my radar when Ive seen every other one This has easily become my new favorite Titus special. I literally had tears in my eyes through like half of this lol. I know this was uploaded like a year ago but thank you Chris for putting this up for free to help us get through these crazy times with laughter. You've been one of my favorite comics since the first time I heard your first special. Listening to these through out the day always put me in a better mood no matter how bad a day it's been. Thank you.
Had to watch this again today. I had an epic fail day today! Just let my brain shut down while doing a plumbing job at my house……6 hours of cussing myself!!! I really wish he would show the attack dog event……that would be the funniest ever!
Thanks Titus! Tomorrow, Im going to learn weather I am laid off or have to go back into the public to keep my job, after 14 days off self isolation and no signs of the virus (i have issues that make me the most vulnerable). My anxiety tonight is is greater than its ever been in my life. But you made me laugh, and that has helped. Thanks for doing your part in this historically dark time to brighten peoples lives! Its working!
Christopher, what a gift you have for story telling and making the weird, the wonderful, the embarrassing, the disappointing and the normal so absolutely entertaining along with your talented impersonations and observations. Just love your style, thank you!!!!
"Hey watch this video about all my screw ups in life." He says standing in front of a pool, in a BACK YARD! I'm thinking; Hey I'm a screw up why don't I have a pool? I guess I have to screw up better... Lots of love man. Be the man we wish we could be.
SoCal resident... yeah, he has a pool like almost everyone there.... does he deserve it? By all means, yes. He is comedic genius and we all helped him get there and for him to do what he's doing, I can't imagine a better human being. He's doing hero status stuff. I appreciate that.

We love you, Chris, not only for your genius, but for your kindness. The older I get, the more I realize that there is no wisdom in being unkind. Life can be so hard, but we can be strong enough to be kind to one another. Thanks again.

This is "Voice in my head" not "Love is Evol."
Except this wasn't Love is Evol.
Still one of the funniest comedians I've ever heard and considering one of my conditions let's say this one hits home
I miss Christopher Titus. Please, make a place for unemployed homeless. We need u.
There are a rare few comedians who are able to make me laugh like a loony throughout their entire set. You're one of them. Thank you, Mr Titus.
So glad you're here Titus, we need your comedy now more than ever.
Christopher, you are just so real. Who hasn't stammered when lucky enough to be face to face, looking at their hero?
Dear mr. Titus you are phenomenal. It is truly amazing that a man with such a great sense of humor can take the time to put himself out there for all of us who truly need him. Please don't stop. Ever. Thank You!!!
He's good
Dear Chris, thanks for sharing your specials with us, for free. For me you are one of the top 10 comedians ever, if not the best. Turning your failures and flaws into your sword and shield is the best superpower I've ever seen on stage. To see one of your shows would be worth for a trip to the US & thank you again for brighten our days, kind regards from the Rhineland.
Watching this over a year later and that part about "If we do our part it'll burn out, or else it will take forever." Hurts so much.
You’re keeping us sane. We are so grateful to you for these gifts you give!🌼
Titus, you paint such a vivid picture in your stories with your descriptions. I love seeing your gestures on stage too.
1 of the best storytelling comedians ever.
He is bloody harcore ,, I luv him
That Cov19 intro peice aged like fine milk.
He’s too good for Netflix
@@ripj5301 Netflix exists *ONLY BECAUSE* Titus allows it.
@Jon Carter the episode about Grandma Titus with the late great comedienne Phyllis Diller is always a must see!
Titus literally saved my life. It let me know I'm not alone in my childhood.
I watch a lot of standup comedians and Titus is definitely in the top 1%, in fact in the top 1% of the 1%1!!!!!
Thank You Mr. Christopher Titus for giving us something to laugh at in this time when there is not much happiness to be seen.
I have seen this seven to eight times. How did I miss the dodge viper story EVERY SINGLE TIME until now!? That shit nearly asphyxiated me I was laughing so hard.
This was one of my favorite comedy specials by you you are very much epic had me dying at did he just call me a bitch in front of a dog 😂😂
No matter how many times have viewed these.. cant stop watching once start. 😂- Jennifer, Dylans' mom Burton & son🎉
This was my first Christopher Titus show, made me laugh so hard. Great memories!
Thank you.
Keeping the Quarantinees sane. One comedy special at a time HES THE HERO WE NEEEEEEEEED THANK YOU TITUS
I met this man once maybe 13 years ago, and I was as excited as he describes himself being when he’s met his idols. Love and respect, man.
bruh .. that "raggae" joke .. in the desert part ... omg I almost died
He lives in Southern California, everyone out here has a pool.
He marketed his screw ups for capital gains.
SoCal resident... yeah, he has a pool like almost everyone there.... does he deserve it? By all means, yes. He is comedic genius and we all helped him get there and for him to do what he's doing, I can't imagine a better human being. He's doing hero status stuff. I appreciate that.
The secret is failing upwards. Failing towards success.
@@janikarkkainen3904 Ahh, all this time I've been orbiting it and veering towards the black holes... Wait, which way us up in the bleakness that is space / our reality?
If there were ever a celebrity of any sorts it would be this man right here. He's absolutely awesome!
You're not allowed to die, Titus! You better stick this one out with us!
)))))
Thank You for the laughs!! Need 'em now more than ever!! ☆☆☆☆😂❤😂❤
I have never commented on line to anything before, I have never laughed so FN hard to a comedy special. I've watched Mr.Titus since back in t Fox TV days, but this was the BEST! That he is putting out a freebie for us each week to get through these hard times is what Makes America Great ! Thank you for today's laughter, and all the laughs you've brought over the years . Thank you Christopher Titus !
Thank you Chris. I deeply appreciate you. Thank you for this entertainment. been unemployed for a while now. so I appreciate it and I love you found happieness after such a negative marriage. bombshell is awesome. I got one like her. ty
I didn't know your comedy, man. It's very good. You're one of the funniest comedians I've seen. Thank you so much for uploading your specials. You're really helping during this time.
Pedro Lina Titus’s comedy show was great! Watched them many moons ago
@@bernadettecussano3411 I'm Brazilian, so I've never watched it. Actually, I've never even heard of it. I'm gonna search it. But he's really good, so the show must be great.
Thank you TItus for that intro and showing someone with common sense though your stories sometimes may say otherwise. Mad Respect.
I'm a huge fan and I absolutely relate to your childhood and the journey you've gone through in life! Thanks for all you do!!
This is 1 of my favorite specials that he did absolutely love it!!
I have a really good friend named Greg who is like his friend Mike... He is an evil prick too!! LoL
Love the show and the fact you didn't put any adds on it. Titus a true professional.
Titus is the madest cat peter
Love you Titus. Like a mix of Jim Carrey, Norm McDonald and ole' Billy "redbush" Burr
I missed it the last time, so here it is: Thank you for this and thank you for "Love is Evol"! Finally something good to watch!
We love you, Chris, not only for your genius, but for your kindness. The older I get, the more I realize that there is no wisdom in being unkind. Life can be so hard, but we can be strong enough to be kind to one another. Thanks again.
i love this special. this was my intro to your comedy and have been a huge fan ever since. hope you do shows in Canada eventually
Thank you Christopher Titus for the special me and my family say thank you for Keeping our spirits up with laughter
Thank you, Christopher. You are a doll, for doing this. I will certainly share it with my other friends. God bless you, Hon!
After meeting Titus 2 years ago, I'd have to agree that the nicest people in showbusiness are the nicest. He was totally awesome.
dude i have not laughed so hard in ages. at this time dealing with a lock down, a good laugh can help us cope
I said one sentence that cost me 30 million...
Louis CK "Hold my beer.."
Thanks for the support Titus!!! Been watching u for along time. Love that tv show u had. Stay safe bro!!!
Chris, thanks for sharing this during times like these. You make being stuck at home working bearable. Your specials are always entertaining to watch and no matter how many times I watch it or listen to it in the background, it always makes me smile and forget about my worries or troubles. Keep it going and thank you for making life better!
Mr. Titus, in my humble opinion your are the greatest comedian alive. You've made me laugh so hard I needed help to breath. And I love that you actually use your own life as the basis of your comedy. Your videos and standup have seen me through some very hard times.
“I need a toddler with a job!!! Legos ain’t free!!!”
Thank you so much for the laughs. More so, thank you so much for your very real empathy to all of us during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I love this special the most. Absolutely hilarious thank you Titus, god bless you and stay safe as well.
