I know it's not Moza, but so far I have tried out both Thrustmaster and Fanatec shifters and the Fanatec shifter is by far the best of them imo xd So if you want a quality shifter get the Fanatec one :)
Even though the cables could be the same, the Fanatec base uses different data processing algorithms to interpret signals so the likelihood of it working is practically nonexistent.
Where I live, I can get a generic usb handbrake from Ali Express for $80, or shipped with the table clamp I can get the Moza HBP Handbrake for $220. Do you think that the HBP is worth the extra $160 AUD?
you won't jerk handbrake left to right. As he said.... while racing you won't even notice it. I have a 9nm moza r9 DD wheel on a next level racing FGT LITE cockpit. steering wheel flexes all over yet when you race you would never notice it. Not a concern.
Yeah, as CSOCSO said, you won't even notice the left/right flex when racing. I have the cheaper option which was showed in the video and it has around the same, if not a bit more left/right flex but I don't notice it at all when racing, whether it be road, dirt or drift.
@@CSOCSO if it flex so it is trash mounting you has, and speak nonsenses here! Shifter movement is dissapointed thingh, i has china shifter and it moves lit bit like this one and drives me nuts, but my sc2pro on simxpro xt120 base with front base mount for simucube is zero flex and great and i do not loose any details!
Still rather have the fanatec handbrake over this one. And I owe the fanatec one and also owned Heusinkveld v1 and v2 handbrake. If you really use a handbrake the Heusinkveld v2 is 1000% the best choice
Was about to say the same as Hive did... KameTrick, a youtuber who does sim drifting and IRL drifting has had two Fanatec Handbrakes and both of them ended up snapping xd Now he runs the Heusinkveld handbrake and he loves it from what I've seen. So if anyone is thinking about buying the Thrustmaster handbrake, grab the Heusinkveld handbrake instead! Price is similar, but Heusinkveld just looks far better and more compact than the Thrustmaster one xd
got my R5 bundle 2 days ago. i'll let my wife know that "emm, they have a handbrake too..." :D
They goy a shifter now too 😅
Excellent reviews. Love this Channel
Much appreciated!
Added to my wish list, thanks. :)
Just ordered 1 of these, you really can't beat the combination of price and quality.
How much did you buy it for?
@@al-basrawi8724 134 USD after tax
@@upsetuloss they sell it here for 260 CAD its about 200 USD big mark up might just end up buying it from the states
I guess these are pretty cheap here in the Philippines then. It's about 5000php or 88usd + 1.38usd for local shipping
$179 AUD, I just got mine yesterday. It's excellent quality. I am not sure why I waited so long to get one
Thanks, very helpful.
Can someone tell me if this is pretty silent? Im looking for something that wont make much or any noise when pulling / releasing.
excellent review
Im waiting for my package from Moza with the R9 base and wheel and pedals and handbrake woohoooo
Yea… I’ve been waiting for almost 2 weeks and they still haven’t shipped my handbrake. Just says processing. Hopefully it comes….
@@KoyoteKyle same for me ordered it 23dec still not being shipped. They said this week they send it wtf
It been shipped now wohooooooooooooooo
How long did it take ? Mine Seems slow, too.
Great video thanks
I'm waiting for the shifter before the handbrake
same
hopefully it has a sequential mode

Now they presented one 👍
@@NcPGaara that’s cap
Does this use the rj cable the fanatec uses? Could I plug it into a dd1 and have any functionality

this or the fanatec handbrake? (i already have a full fanatec system, but am willing to get this if it is better)
Honestly the fanatec is better but for the price I would honestly just go moza
@@BobThebuilder-fy5ur good advice
Does anyone know if you can mount it to the gtomega classic stand
Are the orange tubes a stand alone wheel stand or part of a full rig?
It's part of the RSeat rig, Joe

yes
Can I use it in my ps4?
Unfortunately it won't work on consoles atm.
@@TheSimpit ok, thanks for the response!
Xbox one compatible?
Moza is not compatible with console, but there are rumors of in the future
Drink a shot everytime he says HBP handbrake and you're fully bamboozled by end of the video 😆
You and Darren still keep in touch?
Harris Barbara Smith William Gonzalez Michelle
U have to use the clutch when pulling on the handbrake............
Yea
No you don't. Only in full manual cars and only if fully modelled by the game.
That left and right play in the arm looks concerning... :/

Fanatec handbrake is crap. Mine exploded after 2 months. Many similar problems online
too bad we not all Bill Gates children with the prices fanatec and hiesinkveld ask for 😬
