ditambah ring piston kompresi 1 lagi..biar meskipun piston kecil tapi kompresinya rapat besar....butuh kepala piston panjang untuk grid tambah ring kompresi..
Betul, tidak usah pakai kancingan kalau pen di stang sudah span, biasa orang Indonesia suka bandrek karena sulit cari suku cadang atau suku cadang aslinya lebih mahal..
I've done a lot of piston modifications over the years and made a lot of fixtures but never machined circlip groves., that was a very neat way of doing it. When you shorten gudgeon (piston) pins, you need a chamfer large enough to contact the circlips above the centre line or the pin can push the clip out if it should move sideways when engine is running. e.g. if circlip is 1.5mm wire, chamfer needs to be minimum of 0.8mm. Was that a Honda VF400/500 block on the floor during walk-around?

karena itu cara pasang nya di Jack atau heating pres dgn stang nya,,

pins 1mm, gutters must have a depth of 0.75-0.8mm..
