Behind The Scenes: Moringa Leaf Processing, Senegal

We've all heard of moringa. Most of us have probably tasted it at some point. But few of us have ever seen it being harvested and processed. I was visiting a baobab producer in Senegal (my good friends Baobab des Saveurs). They also happen to do some moringa processing and, as it was happening at the time I was there, I grabbed the GoPro and shot this quick video. Just to show what's involved in the processing.
