@@routefortysix appreciate your quick response bro, but the base plate of p220 how did u seperate it from the magwheel as i thought its one piece & the disc just fits on to it, right?

Aapka video rear disc brake ka idea bahot accha hai...mujhe b lagwana hai...but aaj bhi accha kaam kar raha hai kya...suna hai 220 k disc ka piston jam ho jata hai...kya ye successful hai ?
Aur successful hai to mujhe b lagwana hai maine bohut try kiya Nagpur me lagwane ka but yaha mhnje acche garage or workshops nahi mile...kya aap meri help kar doge...?

One thing bhai you guy's could've used hose pipe of maxi trucks like mahindra or trucks radiator pipes those are longer than bike pipes 😊

Using Maxi Mahindra or trucks hose will not help coz what hose pipes are used in Bikes are smaller inner bleeding line which is 3.2mm and those heavy machine use 6.4mm inline bleeding line..
If we use 6.4mm hose instead of 3.2mm hose then pressure will less in result of brake sponginess and lack of braking..
brake master cylinder which we use in bikes are smaller which create less pressure and that's why we use 3.2mm hose pipes...So bro hope you agree with my theory..

it cost more
@Rakesh Chauhan.. shukriya Bhai...Nope I don't have workshop..I just work on my personal bikes or sometime for on my friends bike's..Yes you can replace the whole disc alloywheel..But problem is disc type alloys is not available for Avenger..You need to be mod the stock alloy to get it converted into disc type hub...It's not cost much but just 5 digits..
@@routefortysix well, here is a friend. you can tell the city so at least i can have a look and test drive... say after a few months as its coronakaal

डिस्क ब्रेक के हाउस पाइप में ज्वाइंट बच सकता था,,अगर ब्रेकलाइन फ्रंट व्हील का लगा देते ,,वो एवेंजर का काफी लंबा होता है,,
