@@HarunREVS hey hi... I really good to here that still my videos help you guys to carry out your work, I prefer standard measurements coz you upgraded all sizes such as piston valves etc so it generate more heat, so keep standard clearance, less valve clearance will cause lose of compression,

@HarunREVS very first thing clear the concept of valve clearance and why it is necessary, as standard recommendation valve clearance (cold condition) is Intake 0.08mm to 0.12mm,exhaust 0.12mm to 0.16mm, when engine reach its destinated temperature clearance become lesser then it's adjusted as per standard requirement and it's coz the metal expand during high temperature, Now your engine is mod and all sizes are increase so the temperature point will also increased resulting in more metal part expansion compare to stock engine, in this situation is you go for odd adjustment (lesser) your both valve will remain open all the time which results in poor performance,loss of mileage, starting issue and even risk of hitting valve to piston during over lapping. First clear the concept of why valve clearance is must, Correct me if I am wrong,

@ybg4767... Yes bro... You can opt for 63.5 piston... But only boring piston will not boost your performance... Relatively you need to add airfilter/iridium spark plug/aftermarket ECU or CDI, Exhaust and jetting the carb...and if possible port your cylinder head then your FZ will be on 7th sky.... Only boring a bigger size piston will give negative impact only....hope I cleared your query... All the best bro

@arijitagarwal007... Swapping Karizma engine with Impulse one is not big deal... But karizma is heavy... I personally not gonna do it...

@makkalmoviemayan4240... Porting is something relate to speed and high performance... If you looking for mileage then do not perform porting... Just polish the stock port that's it..

@@makkalmoviemayam4240 check carburator for over flow... Check airfilter.. Even if your piston is worn out then to you'll get less mileage... There lots of things to check...

Piston and carburetor are at very good condition If ther any chance at problem in read valave
