@@staugustineliving I have seen this also. Most prices look to be $325-375k. I’m going to need to lower my expectations for communities. I’m not g going into retirement with a 30 year mortgage. I’ve done that already.

A lot has changed in a month. There is not much in the $200s anymore and definitely not in the 55 plus.
