    Going to golf schools that feature rear or center post creates disaster for front and extension golfers- That’s what I got out of this and why so many of us go to “top golf schools” only to get worse and not understand why! 10 golfers of all ages getting the same information and practice drills- sound familiar… Glad to see and hear different options that fit specific golfers…

    If you are front post could you put the slider under the front foot and do the same whip drill?

      You can but you’re not creating the same torque you would using a band cuz the slide as the resistance to the ground. The resistance band forces you to push your front foot to the golf ball and the reaction pushes your front back to create torque
