  • Today after a long exploration of Harar, Ethiopia. My guide and I picked up a bit of an appetite. Why not take a break and try some of the local cuisine. The meat of choice in this city is Camel . Not typical in western society, camel is actually quite a delicious and tasty source of protein.
In order to secure a meal, we hit up the local butcher and ask him to chop up some delicious camel. Then we head over to one of the local cooks across the street and arrange them to cook it up for along with some tasty bread in the traditional style . After we wait for our meal to be delivered, we tuck in for a new delicacy. Enjoy!!

was it your first time trying injera? how do you like it. its an acquired taste since its fermented and therefore has a sour taste. its like vegemite or marmite, you either love it or hate it

its a powder from the leaves of the gob tree. its a natural face max for exfoliating and anti aging, also helps get rid of scars and blemishes
