Yesterday I got my "big" touring rig back together after doing two short tours where I had to fly all my stuff. I'm experimenting with some different ways of running a direct guitar signal, so I figured it would be fun to use the current set up for a little improv in the live room in my studio.

How?!?! I seriously think you're recording these and then matching them up to a different video because I can not tell what's happening. This sounds so beautiful.
I truly hope this is not a studio, but a house, a new house, YOUR new house that has been bought and paid for by all of the royalties earned from your videos and music purchased on all of the streaming/download sites. I truly hope you have been blessed by these efforts.

I love your music. I'm just getting into ambient guitar and have musical ideas, but little experience. Any advice you can provide about tools, chording, and phrasing would be helpful.
My current tools are a volume pedal, Hall of Fame 2 reverb, Dunlop Echoplex, Mel9 pedal, Compression, OD, Distortion, and the usual modulation pedals.
Dude, I really would like to know what is Your motivation for the sound you're creating....whats happening on the inside when you make this awesome sound/music?

wow - That sounds good :) Do you need to run south "outs" of the Big Sky to get the sound in both left and right, or can a normal guitar cable "out left" into ex a Focus Rite do it?
