    Anyone notice that Adam even breathes through his nose when he's talking? Great discipline.
    I used Oxygen Advantage a couple of years ago and really noticed an improvement not only in my exercise but also a decrease in what anxiety I had. But as with anything, if you don't consistently and consciously practice it, you will most likely stop doing it.
    I recently started doing the breathing exercises again when I'm bored and need to kill some time or if I can't sleep in the middle of the night. It's so simple to pick it back up again.
    Edited to add: I just got to the part in the video where he talks about pausing when you're speaking and taking a breath. This is so insightful.

    winter mouth breathing 32f or colder is horrible. Thanks for all that you preach. It helps make cold weather activities work better. Less drying to the lungs and airway. Cheers.
