Bro it was a nightmare for real....but I adapted to it. I don't feel confident so I purchased that entire passenger side intercooler.

With all the work it takes I'd change the assembly to be safe plus oil pressure switch due to eliminating anything in that area especially being a plastic housing i am doing 1 on a q7 it's a nightmare i didn't pull the supercharger but that gasket is flat and hard as a rock so definitely the problem also u will always hit snags messing with a german vehicle lbvs but nice video hopefully all is well after 9 months😂😂

Yes it was a nightmare. Fortunately NO MORE LEAKS and I gained the experience of getting to it with a couple of issue while draining the supercharger coolant but it all worked out.

There are two different types of PCV valves. One is a different pressure than the other. One for b8 and other for b8.5. You should be able to reprogram it with a ODB2 two way scanner.

Did you ever figure out the source of your leak? Dealing with the same just replaced Valve cover gaskets and the housing gasket.

Yeah so after I changed that gasket and cleaned everything up fortunately I haven't had any issues with leaks. It's a pain and I hope your issue is as simple as mine was.
